Instaglam Subscription Box Review – December 2016

Hi, I found this confusing at first too so I will try to answer your questions as well as provide some info I found confusing at first. I believe the boxes started as monthly but recently it’s been a little longer than a month between boxes. The owner is a wonderful lady who runs the business out of her home. She has wonderful style and puts together great outfits. The Basic Box is $59 per month (discounts for subscriptions). It includes a top and 3-4 accessories. For this collection, the Basic Box gave the option of the shirt that Anna received or a vanilla ribbed poncho. The customer chooses to receive the top or the poncho. You can also buy the full collection which included leggings, boots and a purse. The other shirt/poncho choice as well as the leggings, purse or boots can be purchased a la carte. If you buy one month you make your choices on the website and complete your purchase there. If you subscribe for more than one month you will get a “survey” via email when the next collection launches. You make your choices i.e. shirt or poncho, gold or silver jewelry, and select sizes. You can add on the other items a la carte if desired. You can also skip the month if you don’t like the choices. She then orders the items and ships out when everything arrives (several weeks later). You can exchange if she has the desired size available. For returns of a la carte items, you get credit in the amount paid. For returns of a partial box, the main item is considered to be half the value paid and the remaining half of the value paid is split equally among the accessories. Subscribers generally get to choose among two main items. This time it was dolman top/poncho, other times it has been two different color tops or two different style of tops. Single box purchasers sometimes only have one top choice available.

They always offer both silver and gold jewelry. Instaglam reveals the outfit/accessories (including jewelry) in advance and shows it with either gold or silver jewelry. You can choose to get the set they show or choose the other metal which will be similar but not necessarily exactly the same (she doesn’t show the other set in advance). For instance, this box had the same bracelet and earrings in solver but the necklace was different/similar. The silver necklace was several circles with no center stone (similar length). You can also select “surprise” me and they will select a set.
