The Celadon Studio Porcelain Mug - Value $34

This mug is STUNNING!

The craftsmanship is beautiful, and it truly feels like a special piece. Even the inside and the base are decorated:

And I love that the mug is made with a food-safe glaze so that it is dishwasher and microwave safe, too.

Natterdoodle Print - Value $15

This print is made with gold foil text, and pairs perfectly well with the mug!

Verdict: This box has a retail value of about $49. I absolutely LOVE the mug from this box, and in general with this subscription I think the items included are well-made and lovely, but I wouldn't recommend this box if you are interested in a high-value box. This box cost $56 ($49+$7 shipping).

Whoa $34. for a coffee cup? That sucker better keep it really hot for really long and then get up and wash itself.

It seems like they value the items to come to a total of $49, and it isn’t actually based on what the items are really worth. I would be disappointed if I spent over $50 on this and got a mug and a print that I would never frame

I LOVE mugs, even still, I would not be happy with this box.

Oh yikes. That mug is very beautiful, but I would not be happy to have spent over $50 on a mug and a print.

Same here. So glad I’m just not into mugs. A mug is just that. A mug. And for $49 I’m really not into mugs.

Yeah, for $34, I would like my mug to occasionally cook and do my laundry for me. Pretty though.
