Ipsy is a monthly beauty and makeup subscription box. Each month you get full-size or deluxe-sized products, plus a cute makeup bag. I think it’s one of the best value beauty subscriptions and a great way to build out your makeup collection on the cheap!
This is one of my top recommendations if you are looking for a beauty box - the value and sample sizes are amazing. (Check out my list of the Top Beauty Boxes for 2016 and our reviews of Cheap Subscription Boxes for more recommendations!)
(FYI – Just like Birchbox, Ipsy sends out many different variations of their bag each month – so my review is just one of the bag variations you might receive!)
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Each month, ipsy subscribers get a makeup bag in addition to their 5 items. This bag is made with a denim fabric, with a neon border and lining accent!
(I was hoping for something more pink/hearts for February, but this bag is still pretty cute._
Now, onto the items!
IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Illumination Anti-Aging Concealer in Medium - 1.5 ml Value $4.50
IT Cosmetics is my favorite concealer of all time, and this is their new Illumination version of the concealer.
If you have dark circles like I do, this is the BEST concealer I've found for full coverage. It goes on a little tacky to the touch, but it's still easy to blend out, and it stays put. I recommend setting it with a powder, and then you are good to go!
I can't tell a big difference in illumination between this concealer and their regular concealer, but that's fine by me - both are fab!

Elizabeth Mott Whatup Beaches Matte Bronzer - .02 oz Value $2.20
Elizabeth Mott gets points for the name of this bronzer, but they lose some points for the sample size! This bronzer sample is about the size of an eyeshadow pan and it just feels so small for an ipsy bag.
Sample size issues aside, the formula itself is great. The finish is matte (my go-to for bronzer), the pigment is excellent, and the powder glides on so smoothly, too.

IBY Beauty Highlighter in Bubbly - FULL SIZE! Value $12
I was about to comment that this sample is slightly better in size than the bronzer, then I looked up the size of the full-size version and realized this is actually full size! (Full size for this highlighter is 1.8 g.)
Again, I'll stop complaining about size and move onto the actual product! This highlighter gives such a gorgeous peachy shimmer that catches the light beautifully. The formula is highly pigmented, so a little goes a long way, and you can easily blend it out, too.
Here it is swatched below the bronzer and above the concealer:
Luxie 514 Rose Gold Blush Brush - Value $18
I have a lot of Luxie brushes thanks to my multiple Ipsy subscriptions, but I'm always happy to get more. They are beautiful and the bristles are super soft.
MOR Rosa Noir Hand & Body Milk - 1 oz Value $6.40
(Good to know for swaps - this tube has an inner foil seal.)
This hand cream is free of parabens and sulfates! The scent is described as a blend of "Extracts of Wild Rose, Hibiscus and Licorice." It's a decadent scent, and I like it way more than I was expecting to! Plus the formula is moisturizing without leaving my hands greasy.
Verdict: This box has a value of about $43. That's great for a $10 subscription box. (And that's not counting the value of the makeup bag!) The value is on the low side for Ipsy bags (some of my past bags have had values of $60+), and I wish some of the products were larger sizes, but even with those concerns, it's still a great bag for me.
What do you think of the February Ipsy Glam Bag? What items did you get in your bag? Was anyone else surprised by that bronzer sample size?
