Paper Pumpkin has an informational leaflet every month with instructions and what is included in the kit. This month's theme is "Many Happy Birthdays."

Here is the finished product, there are 9 pocket cards with 9 envelopes with a gold flame on top of each card and a pull tab that allows the insert to be pulled down with the various messages displayed.

Here is a closer look at the pull card. There are sheets of printed invites for a party.  I used 6 of them for an upcoming birthday party.

Here is another close up look of the pocket card. The insert has a slit where you can put a gift card and I stamped, “Treat Yourself (You Deserve It)” on the bottom of the insert and put the gift card on top. Unfortunately, the ink pads tend to be dry but they work for the duration the project. The stamps work well and seem as if they would last a long time.

Verdict: This month’s Paper Pumpkin project was not their typical card assortment and the idea of a pocket card is a creative, different, and fun. I appreciate how Paper Pumpkin comes up with an eclectic paper craft each month. The assortment of pocket cards is bright, bold and colorful patterns. I loved the designs and the added glittery, gold flame. I have a lot of friends with birthdays coming up and I am looking forward to sharing these cute cards with them. Plus, my birthday is coming up so this is the motivator to plan a party and use these adorable invites! The pocket cards are made with premium quality card stock with vibrant colors and are well worth the $19.95. These types of cards are unique and you don’t necessarily see in card shops.
