I have honestly had such problems w this subscription:( I got a gift subscription for my elderly mother, have had it for four months, every month there has been difficulty in recieving the socks and I have to deal with customer service. At first they were helpful/apologetic. My February socks still have not shipped (we’re in March) ive emailed them twice about it and now they’re just not responding to my emails, and socks still not shipped. Idk what to do at this point! But having to seriously track down the socks every month for what was supposed to be a stress free gift I got for an elderly family member, has added unnecessary stress to my life and disappointment for the gift receiver. Think twice before buying a year gift subscription from this company. Not a single month have the socks been sent out without my having to send multiple enfold to customer service, each month… The worst.
