Elevita is a 100% volunteer organization dedicated to helping artisans in developing countries find a global marketplace for their goods. What a noble purpose! That have had an online shop for some time now, but they recently started offering a subscription box!

Once again, everything arrived in this lovely cotton drawstring bag! Such a nice bonus!

This is the letter I received in my package. It goes into great detail about the items in my package, and especially the artisans who created them. It really helps make these items feel so special. This month's box focuses on their artisans in most need of support.

Zip Pouch, Cambodia

This pouch is so pretty! I can't tell what kind of material it is made out of, but it's very sturdy and well made. It's actually the perfect size for keeping "personal items" in my purse! This was made by a disabled single mother in Cambodia, and it makes me so happy that Elevita is able to help her in this way.

Trivet, India

I am pretty blown away by how beautiful this hand-painted trivet is! The design was inspired by flora and fauna local to Jaipur, India, and was made by a rural group. It is so nice and heavy! I almost feel like it's too gorgeous to put under a pot!

Block Printed Scarf, India

This scarf is so beautiful and delicate, I just love it. It completely delights me when a design featuring gold and silver together works so well. The beading is so pretty, too. The fabric feels like a very lightweight chiffon. This was block printed by hand in Rajasthan, India.

Verdict: Elevita is awesome! I really appreciate everything they do to help global artisans, and I love feeling like I'm a part of that. This month's items were all so nice! I love the scarf, but I think the trivet is my favorite this time. I don't have retail values for everything, but I think $30 for this box is a bargain.

What do you think of Elevita?

Has anyone located a spoiler for April yet? I think I want to grab a box, but my mystery phobia kicks in.

Seriously, everything in this box was wonderful. The zip pouch is the perfect size, I love the trivet, but that scarf is absolutely stunning. And I don’t even like scarves! LOL. I can’t get over the value. This is about my 7th or 8th box and I have loved them all. And the extra bag everything comes packed in! I have also ordered from the ship and loved what I got then too.

I emailed them and they responded IMMEDIATELY, impressed already. They did state that they have the boxes until the end of the month. Also, all these gorgeous items will be the same in the boxes. I’m so excited for this one. Once I get home I’m joining.
