2017_New_Subscription_Boxes_POST-HEADER

Here are some of your favorites from last month's post! Sign up to be notified when new reviews post for these boxes by clicking on the name of the box below, clicking the "Get Email Alerts" button and signing up, then checking off the "Reviews" checkbox.

The poll wasn’t up anymore, but please Smart ass and sassy.
I also have a random request, I’d LOVE to see Liz’s space where she keeps her sub items (and Eric too). I imagine it is a grand room, instead of a Lisa Vanderpump walk in closet heaven. Liz has a walk in heaven of a sub box room. Or, like the Candi Spelling infamous gift wrapping room. Liz has a spectacular sub box organized room that one could just get lost in all of the fabulousness. One day Liz one day, I beg of you. Happy Sunday Funday everyone.

I’ve never heard of the Smartass and Sass box, that is SO going on my wish list! I sighed up for Facetory (the 7 mask box) and received my first one. I think it’s a great deal. I’m making a video review/unboxing. I’ve done one mask and will do #2 tonight. It will take the box reviewer a bit to test them all out, so you might have to post that review toward the end of the month. I’ll still be interested to see how your experience compares to mine!

Smart ass and sass is screaming my name!! I don’t think that I would order it every single month, but definitely 3 or 4 times a year.

I subscribe to a new charity driven box called causemetix. It’s a decent box and the mini version is only $10.

Maple Blume! I just received my 1st box, and it’s such an awesome box for someone who’s into higher end green beauty. And, everything is full size too!

Also, Bare Element has been a really nice green beauty box I’ve been enjoying since they started in December.

I should be receiving Look Incredible very soon. By reviewing past boxes, and seeing what’s in February’s box, it sort of looks like a full-sized version of the Sephora Play box.

Also, Mintd looks like a really nice box too. I was JUST about to subscribe, but decided to halt all of my non-prepaid subs temporarily. I’ll be checking them out later this year or early next year though.

All of these are at a higher price point, but they all only include full-sized items (from what I can tell), and I’m sure there are plenty of readers (and not necessarily those that comment, as I’m sure MSA readership far exceeds the “few” of us who take the time to comment) that are more than willing to shell out some $$$ to discover some new to them higher end beauty products. 🙂

Some more lower priced ones (than the ones mentioned above) that’d be cool if they were reviewed would be Glowing Beets, Terra Bella, & Nourish Beauty.

Thanks for starting this post! This is a great way for all of us to look into new sub boxes ourselves too, even if they may not get reviewed by MSA. I know I already added a few to my list of subs to look into. 🙂

I’d like to see a review of two of them. The first being The Thrill Club. I love horror and would love to see what the items are like.

The second one would be LLB Kozy Club- I think I got the name wrong, but you’ll understand.

I’d like to see reviews of the Yummy Bazaar Sampler Box, Nestify, Anchor of Hope, Betty Boomerang, and Finer Things Box.

Okay, so this may not be a traditional “box”, but I’m curious about Bouqs, which is a fresh flower subscription service. I’m curious how fresh they are when they’re shipped, how long they last, and what kind of stems come in with a “farmer’s choice” subscriptions. It’s something different and I think it would be great to have fresh flowers delivered on a regular basis if they are really as nice as they look on the website!

Reply ButtonReply

maggie

I send bouqs to my mom all the time and they are beautiful! They are so fresh when they come and last longer than most other cut flowers. I got her a farmers choice sub for Christmas & she has been loving it. The bouquets are always different and beautiful. I can’t reccomwnd the bouqs enough!!

I think I’m going to subscribe to MD beauty box! Love my skin care! I’m wondering the sizes of the products though for $25?

Reply ButtonReply

Luna

That one looks tempting to me too. By the picture, they look like sample sizes you’d get in a GWP. But, typically samples (even some packet samples) last far beyond one use. Some deluxe samples can easily last me a few weeks. It’s too bad they only include a few weeks worth of product (per their description) for a quarterly subscription service though.

Pilar

I would like to see a review of Call Number.

I’d like to see what the 4-mask plan on Facetory vs. the 7 mask plan looks like before deciding whether to sub. Interested in seeing what Smartass and Sass can bring, and I always love to read the food box reviews.

Have y’all considered reviewing Terra’s Kitchen? It’s been popping up in my FB feed as an ad and I just wonder how it compares with the other companies. It comes shipped in a mini-fridge and I think they prep most of the ingredients, but not sure. I’d love to see a review on here before deciding whether to give them a shot. I like the idea of less prep but still delicious food. I’m lazy like that LOL

Thanks for starting the poll (and this one worked on Chrome! Yay!!). Lots of cool boxes out there 🙂

Luna

I subbed to both Facetory boxes. The 4-pack had masks in the $1 to $2 range, and the “luxe” box had masks in the $3 to $4 range. Overall, I liked both boxes, as they provided a great variety of masks. I haven’t tried them yet to feel the difference between the budget vs luxe masks, but I imagine they’ll feel mostly the same.

Oh thank you. I just read the review and the products are great but I wish ghey had factored in shipping in the pricing instead of a separate cost.

Jackie

OKay but what the heck is in the Powell’s picture book box that it’s worth $40??? Are the picture books lined in gold????

Reply ButtonReply

Sara

I subbed to Litjoy crate, the board book version and I want to say it was like $37 with shipping. I loved it, but $37 was too much for two books and some other goodies.
