The theme for March is “Let Her Sleep.” The products included inspire rest and relaxing while you are awake or preparing for sleep. I appreciate the little tidbits of information on the card (such as the suggestions of a free meditation app).
Feeling Fab includes a card with a list of all the products in their box and their values. I always appreciate when subscription boxes include this information.
Sweet Dreams, Natural Body Mist by Valetina’s Naturals (4oz) - Value $12.00
This smells wonderful with the mix of jasmine, sandalwood, and vanilla. It’s an interesting mix of feminine and masculine. I will use this often.
True Love Bath Salts by Valentina’s Naturals (2.5oz) - Value $3.50
I don’t take baths often but the next time I do this will be the bath salt I use. I adore cardamom so I’m looking forward to trying this mixture of rose and cardamom.
Chocolate with Sleep by Good Day Chocolate (.99oz) - Value $3.00 (buy a box of 12 for $35.99 on Amazon)
These taste like yummy chocolate but they have 1mg of melatonin per piece to aid with sleep. I don’t mind taking melatonin in pill form but this is obviously much better. I can only find these sold in boxes of 12 online but the Good Day Chocolate website says they are sold at places like Whole Foods and Fresh Thyme too.
Perfect Ten Protect & Perfect Facial Serum by Leaf Seed Berry (1oz) - Value $22.00
This stuff has great ratings on Etsy! I’m excited to try a new serum, especially one with “skin-loving oils and alpha hydroxy acids with moisture-boosting hyaluronic acid and CoQ10, beta-carotene, vitamin C” and more! I’ve been using it for a few days and the smell and feel are very nice but I don’t notice a change in my skin yet.
Organic Herbal Chamomile and Fruit Tea by Jitter Crow - Value $4.00
I love having caffeine free teas to drink at night but I looked at the Jitter Crow website and they said this tea is great drank cold. I know it will be great with the orange, lemon, chamomile and rosehips. Yum.
Lotta Peanut Loving Chocolate Hunkola by E&C Snacks (6 oz) - $5.59
Who knew gluten free chocolate cookies could taste so good? Okay, I’m sure lots of people do but these were surprisingly good. They have gluten free oats and some other good stuff but they aren’t low calorie so you still need a healthy dose of self-restraint.
Verdict: I really enjoyed my first box of Feeling Fab. I haven’t tried any of these products before and I think everything was nicely curated to the theme. Plus, I will use everything that I received in the box. I think this sub would make a great gift.
As for the value of this subscription, I received $50.09 worth of products for about $34.00 ($28.99 plus $4.75 shipping) which I’m typically happy with as long as I really like and use everything in the box.
