The E For Everyone Block features brands and games suited for the whole family, while the M For Mature Block includes items and collectibles for an older audience.
You'll get a booklet with stories, interviews, and details about the items in you box.
You'll still get a $10 voucher to the Nerd Block store. Mine is free to the first use to redeem it!
Goldeneye Pin - Valur $5?
Each month comes with a pin - and this month nails it! Goldeneye on N64 is such a classic! I can even remember how incredible we all thought the graphics were...times sure have changed. Every fan remembers the Golden Gun, too - so this pin is so on point.
Green Hill Running Team Shirt - Value $15?
80's and 90's gamers more than likely had their love of gaming stoked by one of two games - Mario and Sonic. For me, it was Sonic - and that's why I am just loving this graphic!
I can hear the Green Hill Zone music now!
Super Mario 3D Coasters - Value $10?
These weren't easy to find at a non-wholesale distributer, so i'm ballparking the value.
You'll receive 8 coasters in total - each with different imagery. They are like a holograph, too, so it looks 3D up close!
The Legend of Zelda Foldable Tote - Value $15?
This is the best item of the month - and it's an exclusive!
You'll get this 7x6 Legend of Zelda cartridge case. Unzip it and...
The tote comes out of the cartridge - giving you a pretty large tote while the cartridge doubles as a zippable pocket - how cool is that!?
On top of that - look at the great classic Zelda items and characters!
Epistory Steam Game - Value $14.99
This month's Steam game is really unique - and looks like a blast for everyone.
I should also mention that I am loving the packaging. There's something about having the physical copy of something, even if it just includes a download code - maybe it's the old school gamer in me.
Here's more from Steam:
Epistory immerses you in an atmospheric action/adventure game where you play a girl riding a giant fox who fights an insectile corruption from an origami world. As you progress and explore this world, the story literally unfolds and the mysteries of the magic power of the words are revealed.
It's really a beautiful game - I think this could be fun for the whole family.
Verdict: This month was an absolute HOME RUN for me! I am loving everything in the box, and the exclusive items are unique and fun. This might appeal to older gamers a bit more - but most of the featured games are such classics that I'm sure the younger generation of gamers have played a level or two.
