There is a new candle subscription box from Nest Fragrances, and of course, I had to subscribe immediately. (I love their candles!)

Each month you'll receive a classic candle, a votive candle, and one surprise item - all in the same scent!

This packaging is fantastic. It's a high-end gift box that you'll definitely want to keep and re-use. (And if you are thinking about buying this subscription as a gift, it's already perfectly wrapped each month!)

My Subscription Addiction paid for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes

As always, the packaging of Nest Candles is stunning! (I do miss the unique winter boxes and vessels, though!)

This scent is described as "Rosemary, lavender and sage are enhanced with cedar leaves and a touch of eucalyptus."

If you are expecting a traditional lavender scent, this isn't it. It reminds me a bit of men's cologne, actually! I really like it - and my husband Eric likes the scent, too. Win-win!

And with this subscription, in addition to the large candle (50-60 burn time), you also get a mini votive candle in the same scent:

Cedar Leaf & Lavender Votive Candle - Value $32 total

These candles have a 20-hour burn time and the same glass and box design as the larger candle. And again this month, the "surprise item" this month is an additional votive candle!

Verdict: I'm happy with my latest month of Next by Nest Fragrances. I've recommended this subscription as a gift many times, too - it feels so special every month! This box has a value of $72. I think that's good for a $56 subscription, and that's not including the value of the box itself.

The one negative to me this month is that it's now the second month in a row that the "surprise" item was an additional votive candle. I really hope this trend doesn't continue. (Also, I want a diffuser as a surprise item in April to make up for this! 🙂 )

What do you think of the March Next by Nest Fragrances box? What's your favorite scent so far?

I have been waiting for March’s box to come out so I could do a 3 month. I am not a fan of lavender so am looking forward to April, May, June. Hopefully the extra votive bonus is not a thing for the next 3!

Would these candles make a nice wedding gift for couples who already have everything?

YES! They last a really long time and the packaging is 1st class.

At this point a surprise item would be anything other than a votive candle!
