Now, onto the items!
KANI Galaxy Milk Illuminating Beauty Oil - 7 ml Value $15
First, I love the name of this product! Second, it's beautiful! It's super shimmery but easy to blend out if you want a subtle look. You can blend a few drops with your liquid foundation to get a more dewy finish, too.
Here it is swatched:
Once it is blended in, it is much more natural looking. (But it definitely has some micro shimmer particles!)
Metta Skincare Intensive Replenishing Face Balm 2 oz Value $12.50
I've sampled this brand before and I love it! This face balm is rich, and you only need to use a tiny bit for a full application. It takes a minute or two for the balm to absorb. (And it has a lovely, subtle, lavender scent!)
Little Barn Apothecary Blue Yarrow + Geranium Cleansing Oil - Value $8
Another natural beauty item that smells wonderful! This cleansing oil goes on dry skin, then you use a warm washcloth to wipe away. It left my skin a little more moisturized thanks to the oil, and did a great job of removing makeup.
Formulary 55 Rosehip & Clay Facial Mask - Value $8
This powder mask can be used as a 10-minute mask, or as an exfoliant cleanser. For either method, you mix it with water to form a paste. To use as an exfoliant, you apply to skin for 2-3 minutes in a circular motion then rinse.
I'm normally not a fan of rose scents, but I really liked this one! The organic rose geranium essential oil was a great addition to the formula, and it left my skin feeling clean but not dried out.
Verdict: This box has a value of about $43.50 - I think that's good for a $15 beauty box! I also love that Petit Vour seems to focus on quality over quantity, and the sample sizes are almost always good for multiple uses.
This is one of my favorite Petit Vour boxes, too. I think I would buy the full-size version of every item in this box!
