Each bi-monthly delivery of Smuggler's Bounty has a Star Wars related theme. Past themes include Jabba's Palace and Bounty Hunters - this month's theme was Rebels!

Each delivery has an information card with design details and concept art for the items in your box. This is my favorite info card across all of the geeky boxes.

Each month includes a themed patch and pin on the inner lid. This month's patch features Zeb and the pin features Sabine!

Rebels Shirt - Value $15?

This month's shirt features the cast of Rebels, of course! I've been trying to catch up on The Clone Wars animated series before making the jump into Rebels, so I haven't started this series yet. That being said, The Clone Wars is a great show and I'm glad to see some of these characters getting representation in these boxes!

Darth Maul Rebels POP - Value $20-25 (based on eBay listings)

I'm so happy to see Darth Maul make another appearance in POP form! Characters like Darth Maul make me excited to finally make it to the Rebels series.

With the success of Episode 7 and Rogue One - I'm hoping there's a chance to get more one-off movies of characters like Ahsoka in the future!

Captain Rex POP - Value $10-15 (based on eBay listings)

It's a double POP month (rejoice!) and the second POP features a character from The Clone Wars and Rebels - the clone trooper turned captain, Rex.

I'm loving the double blasters look.

I'm curious if we'll ever get a Clone Wars line? Also, if you haven't seen, Funko is releasing 6 exclusives for Star Wars Celebration 2017 - and they are great, have a look for yourself and get jealous!

Chopper Mini Hikari - Value $10-15 (based on eBay listings)

The last item in the box is another vinyl figure (double rejoice!) - it's Chopper in Hikari form.

There were 5 possible colors for Chopper - orange, red, white, gold, and black. I got orange. While I'm not a fan of the Hikari lines at all - I do like this mini Hikari quite a bit because it just looks like a POP!

Verdict: Rebels fans are going to love this box! While I grew to love POP mugs (and pretty much use them every day) and don't mind the occasional Wampa plush, I was really happy to see that this month was packed with vinyl toys - it's why I subscribe! After seeing the great POPs being made available at Star Wars Celebration I can only be excited for the next box - 40th Anniversary (can we get a Millenium Falcon Ride already!?)!

I hate the spoilers, but if you are still unaware the new spoiler is out. Smugglersbounty.com

I will say this pop deluxe made me order a second box

Thank you for the review! We just got our box and ended up with the gold Chopper variation. We don’t love the Hikari line, either, but our 6-year-old nephew is a Star Wars fan and will gladly take anything from the box that we’re willing to give away. =)
