The blade has a lot of cool little details that definitely reminds me of the in-game version.

Bam-Box-March-2017-0026

The build set also comes with a book - a behind-the-scenes look at the Assassin's Creed movie.

They have information on the movie's stunts and even just details about elements of the game that were brought into the movie.

The last item in the box is an exclusive variant cover edition of Vampirella #1 - and it's signed by cover artist Anthony Marques.

A bit about the story from Amazon:

After a sleep of over a thousand years, Vampirella finds herself back among the land of the living, but in a world far different than the one she remembers, where hope is laced with fear and blood has a far different taste.  And speaking of taste, finding an appropriate outfit for the era leads our fanged fatale to a chance encounter that will garner her not one but two potential allies.

Verdict: A lot of BAM Box's lure is for the autographs - so they did a good job of packing them in this month, especially with the celebrity autograph, which can be pricey to get sometimes. Overall, the box didn't hit on a lot of my personal interests, so I'm a bit impartial to the items this month - but let me know what you thought!

Overall, this box scored a B+, but subjectively, I must admit. I owned the original Vampirella bought from the newsstand, so of course, a signed #1 is a great start…for me, but then, again, I said “subjective”. As well, I grew up with “The Six Million Dollar Man” so the inclusion of an autographed Lindsay Wagner as The Bionic Woman is pretty great, too. (Getting the black-and white variant didn’t hurt.)

The signed, numbered artwork goes in a box I keep for it, and everything else was pretty “meh” in my opinion. Couldn’t care less for a wooden toy and a stained-glass Superman pin, both of which went the way of a massive eBay lot of rejected Bam! Box and Firefly Cargo Crates that expires tonight. Worth it, but just that.

I wish they were featuring things I wanted, I’ve been wanting signed things but so far lately nothing has caught my interest lately. I’m hoping with all the movies coming out things will get interesting then I’ll subscribe.

Man have these boxes just completely fizzled out! I was such a big fan, after the first 3-4 boxes, but cancelled sometime during the fall. I haven’t seen a box yet that I have been upset I missed, plus it’s much easier to just hunt down the random items I actually might have wanted. I also don’t have to gamble on whether I’ll get the actual stuff they randomly mix into boxes!

I completely agree with you. At one point I was subscribed to them and thought they were amazing. My first was the ability box, then the 80s, galactic, crazy, strange, etc. my last one was January’s anniversary one but only because I got a 6 month subscription

Ever since they made a killing with the con box they have gone downhill. I am thankful that I have a signed batmobile, but they put so much more energy into their extension boxes and I miss what they used to be. The cosplay signature was the breaking point for me

That being said, I have paid for the April box because no matter which major or minor xman character it is I can pay for their autograph the rest of the box I’m not expecting much from

I started at the same time with the Abilities box but ended at the crazy box because the only thing i kept was the pin from it. Did the the 90’s box but it was nowhere near as good as the 80’s one they did. But I did get the April box due to being a Toxic Avenger fan and for the Xmen autograph (hoping it’s not a background character)
