Finally able to redeem my points, and for the Estée Lauder foundation! Yay!

The Estée Lauder foundations are still available. They are the highest value reward I have seen in a while(about $45). I was happy to redeem my points for this.

Hello, does anyone know when did the 100 member bonus points become available. I started not too long ago, but didn’t get them.

@OP – If you didn’t receive your 100 New Member points, shoot ’em an email & they’ll sort it out for you.

One friend used my unique link to join but the 250 points didn’t show up on my profile. Then I learned that your friend referral link has to be used within 24 hours (not sure why but that’s their policy) in order to qualify. Anyway, I was able to give my friend’s address (with her permission) so they could look her up & see that, yes, I’d referred her. So, even though my friend signed-up after the time-limit, they still awarded the points right away.

Ipsy’s CS is pretty outstanding. If you’re owed points, they’ll make sure you get them.
