I was looking for a box to replace Causebox, so I subbed to this one but I think I might cancel out of principle after I receive this box based on what everyone has said about their customer service.

their customer service is beyond horrible – i adore RZ and was so bummed out…i had no choice but to get my CC involved as otherwise they would have “stolen” about $400 + the stress of dealing was so not worth it…i should have just let amex deal from the start but i tried to sort out with BOS but no responses……be very careful! xx

How do you cancel? I bought the box on gilt city it was ok but I decided to go with Robbs vices I emailed them that I wanted to cancel a week ago and have heard nothing… anyone else have this issue?

I responded to the initial return e-mail saying I hadn’t heard anything yet and to please update and they cancelled my subscription within hours. So you might want to try again.

I did – never got a response back. I know it wasn’t an expensive part of the box, but debating on canceling out of principle.

I can’t say about what will happen now, but I ordered my Spring box after it had started shipping and it still took two weeks to ship.

Nope. They take their sweet time. I ordered march 9th and got my box in april.
And their CS is not responsive. Basically take ur money and disappear. Box is alright though.
