Still waiting for March box. April was charged already. No reply on my email sent a week ago except ” will respond in 5 days”. It’s like there is no one working on their cs dept. unsubbed so last box will be April. If they even arrive.

It takes a long time for your 1st box. Last month I got 2 at once. This month, mine came about a week ago. So, it’s timely after the first box.

My 3 month 15.99 subscription ended with the April box. I was able to ‘change’ my subscription to a prepaid 3 month using the 25% off code and my first box is listed as May.

In my account at the My Subscriptions and Orders I clicked ‘Show All’ then clicked ‘Change Plan’. That took me to the selection page for 3, 6 or 12 months. I selected my choice and on the order page entered the code under Promotional Code. If you scroll to the bottom of this page before you place your order it will say “you’ve already received the April box so May will be your first’.
I was ok getting another April so willing to take the chance but sure enough, after I placed the order my new recurring shows 3 month plan with last box in July.
