The April Loot Crate DX included mostly Superhero items - it featured Twin Peaks, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and Batman!
Each month comes with an information booklet - I love this month's design.
It opens up to unveil all of the items.
Camera Pin - Value $5-10?
Each month includes a themed pin - this month's pin is a camera.
Twin Peaks Long-Sleeved Shirt - Value $20?
Twin Peaks is represented in the box with a long-sleeved shirt! Green feels like a very appropriate color for the show and Washington state in general. The design itself is simple and effective - I'm liking it!
Batman Finder's Keypers - Value $30 based on non-exclusive Superman statue
This month includes a Batman statue/key holder.
Batman stands 10 inches tall with a removable keychain at the base.
Attach your keys to the Bat logo keychain, when you're home - keep your keys attached and store them under Batman!
Overall, the paint job and details aren't the best - but it's also a $30 statue - and it's something that I'd definitely like to see more of in the DX box.
Jessica Jones Messenger Bag - Value $25?
Get ready to carry your laptop in your very own Alias Investigations messenger bag!
It's a basic messenger bag - not a ton of pockets, but it can fit my 15-inch laptop. The big issue - there isn't a way to strap the flap shut, so if you bend over, you could be dropping that laptop right to the ground. That's disappointing!
Daredevil Card Holder - Value $10?
The last item in the box is a Daredevil card holder.
I haven't seen a cooler business card holder. Ever!
Verdict: I'm still liking the direction that Loot Crate DX is heading - but I can't help to be disappointed with the messenger bag - it was like it was unfinished. Had there been a securing strap on the bag, this would have been a homerun for me. That being said, I do really like all of the other items this month - so I'm still happy with my box.
