This was such a fun little box and I pretty much will use everything (except maybe the book? though it was fun flipping through the book!) that I’m thinking about purchasing another one!

Everything with a definite price tag comes out to $138.02 Which is awesome and doesn’t count the 5 travel size products but considering birch box sends out 5 travel size products or that you can pick and choose 5 products for $15 in their stores where do they get the value of $230?! I hate companies that over inflate the value which to me just devalues the actual awesomeness of this box! Like the Sephora perfume sets where you can trade in for a full size perfume. It’s an amazing deal to begin with but then they tell you you’re getting a $153 deal when that’s nowhere close to true. I don’t know about others but a little honesty goes a hell of a lot longer with me than the impression of a deal.

That always happens. In defense of the companies, they have the right to use what is listed as the full price for the items in their boxes. Like the Hygge book, on the back of the actual book it says, “USA 19.99.”

But I always make my own personal values and if that adds up to more than the cost of the box, I feel it’s a good deal for me. This one was definitely a winner for me. Others aren’t, so I don’t get them.

Shalom. Namaste. Peace.
