April's theme is Jarabe Tapatío!

Square Hue Polish in Charro - Value $10

This shade is a neon green high shine creme. It's a bold color for me, but it does feel very appropriate for Spring! And it is giving me flashbacks to my middle school nail polish color preferences. (I think I bought every nail polish Old Navy had on clearance.)

Square Hue Polish in Ole - Value $10

This shade is a lilac micro shimmer. You can see the shimmer in the bottle, but on my nails, this looks more like a standard creme shade. (Swatched in lower photo.)

Square Hue Polish in La China - Value $10

This shade is a ruby micro-shimmer. Again, the shimmer is pretty difficult to detect on my nails, but once in a while the shimmer catches the light!

My favorite color this month is the lilac, but the green is growing on me!

https://squarehue.com/?afmc=1eVerdict: I think Square Hue is great for getting a wide variety of colors and finishes. The formulas are impressive, too. Plus I think $21 for 3 polishes is a fair value.

Haha…. Liz, your comment about how the bright green polish brought you back to your middle school days made me think of my high school days when I saw how bright the color looked on your nails. It totally reminds me of the Hard Candy polishes I used to wear (I loved the plastic rings they came with!). I definitely had every color they ever sold (my favorite was Taxi Cab yellow), and the brighter the better! 😀

The shades are gorgeous and perfect for Spring. I love all three. Even the green.

Oh, to me these colours would make some beautiful nail art! Is that one coat, Liz?

Two coats, but the coverage was pretty good with only one coat.

And I like your nail art idea! 💅🏽
