Here's the first look at the new-and-improved formula for Super Geek Box. Each month is themed, and the March theme was 'UNITE'.
You'll receive a card that lays out each item in the box.
March Button - Value $1?
You'll get a theme button for the month. Since this box is full of Power Rangers and TMNT - it's no surprise to find the Red Ranger vs Rafael on the button.
Mighty Mercenary Shirt - Value $15?
This month's exclusive shirt merges Deadpool and the Power Rangers. I typically see this geek box as one that is geared towards a younger audience - and I think this graphic displays that.
Red Ranger Funko Dorbz - Value $8-9 on Amazon
This month includes a Funko Dorbz figure!
I got the Red Ranger, but you had the possibility of receiving any of the Power Rangers. I love the metallic finish to these paint jobs!
Funko Pint Size Heroes: Classic Power Rangers - Value $5 on Amazon
There is a second Funko item this month! It's a blind bag Pint Size Hero!
There are A TON to collect!
I got a little Alpha 5 figure! These are so tiny and cute - they are each around 1.5 inches tall. Funko releases a lot of new lines, but I think this is one of their best yet.
TMNT Heads Plush: Donatello - Value $10 on Amazon
You'll get a plush TMNT head of one of the four turtles - I got Donny.
It's got a free flowing mask on the back, along with embroidered names.
Everything else is stitched or embroidered on the plush.
Ninja Shadows Wall Art - Value $20?
The last item in the box is also a TMNT item - you'll get 4 prints of the 4 turtles!
How awesome is the artwork on these? each one measures 6x8.5 inches and is printed on high gloss, thick cardstock. I love them!
Verdict: I'm glad to see that Super Geek Box is starting to go for a bigger box - my values add up to around a $60 value. While I still feel like this box leans more towards the younger geek, I'm still excited to get to review the new format next month!
