This month featured a new fashion accessory for Buckles with 3 treats and a toy!
This month's theme goes with the ever-popular Coachella - it's Pupchella 2017.
The reverse side of the card details the items in your box.
Coco + Pistachio Denim Chambray Bandana - Value $32
We were excited to find another bandana for Buckles this month. This is our first fashion accessory since the November 2016 box - which was also a Coco + Pistachio banana.
This one is much more simple than the last bandana - it's a basic denim look.
Buckles is always ready for a photo shoot. A true professional.
He puts up with the clothing to get to the treats.
Big Daddy PB Biscuits - Value $7.25
We received two bags of treats this month - the first is a grain free peanut butter treat!
These are a god size for Buckles - not too big and not too small. Perfect for training or snacking.
Spoiler alert - he loves peanut butter, so these are an easy win for him.
Dogs Love Kale Treats - Value $8.99 (on sale for $5.99 on their site)
The second bag of treats is also grain and wheat free! We try to keep Buckles off of grain and wheat since it has had negative effects on his ears - so we're happy to see that he can have both treats.
These are crunchy cookies loaded with kale - but with a coconut-banana flavor.
Buckles typically doesn't like hard, crunchy, treats - but he LOVES these. He just begged for more and more - so these will definitely be a good treat for the next month or two.
ZippyPaws "Foodie" Toy - Retail Value $7.99 ($6.99 on ZippyPaws' site)
The toy this month was a plush taco.
This toy is loaded with a number of things to chew on - and features 2 squeakers.
He definitely played with this toy later on in the day - but was so focused on the kale treats that he was just nice enough to give us some photos.
Barkworthies Salmon Skin Chew - Value $3.50
The last treat is a crunchy salmon skin chew.
They are all-natural and made in Australia. We shy away from chews like this and rawhide - and it was a bit large for a small dog. We'll pass this along.
Verdict: So happy to see a new bandana in this month's box - there are a ton of dog treat and toy boxes out there, and I think this can set Dapper Dog apart. The value is there as well - at $35, the bandana almost covers all of the cost - leaving you with the bags of treats and a toy as bonus value - they did a great job this month!
