New Beauty Test Tube is a beauty and makeup subscription service. Every quarter, they send full size skincare, haircare, and makeup products. A quarterly subscription is $59/quarter or $200.60 for the entire year.

Great job and Awesome replacement New Beauty! I will continue to be a loyal subscriber as I have for the past five years! Mine has already arrived and I couldn’t be happier with their quick response and customer service!
Now if only we can get OUI PLEASE will follow their example! I’m still waiting on a reply to two emails about missing items and a grossly under valued box (when they promised at least $350 in value,) several days after I emailed!

Yes, I bought two of the Beauty Report boxes, and though I was disappointed in them being mostly samples, and the expired items, they came through with high quality replacements. (They sent me two, since I had two boxes)
I’ve subbed to New Beauty test tube fir about 5 years continually and it’s still one of my favorite subs!

Today I received an email from IBE offering a free MD Solar Sciences sunscreen as a replacement product for the Trufora. They provided a code that will make the product free on MD Solar Science’s website. In the email IBE also said they (IBE) would cover the cost of shipping. When I checked out, the code worked to bring the product to $0, but the $7.95 shipping was still there. I have no idea how they plan to cover shipping unless I’m missing something.

The sunscreen was not expired… some people were just a little upset because they needed to use it by this summer? Or because the exp. was April, so maybe some people thought they had to use it before April was over? Anyway.. NewBeauty is just trying to make people happy, as there were a couple complaints about the box and I think they did a wonderful job! I’m happy! So ya.. New Beauty was just being nice, not because they had to.

To answer a few of the questions above:
My package weighed .7 lbs but I ordered two boxes so received two replacements. And enough paper to write my memoirs. If you ordered two boxes, like me, look out for a box that could safely accommodate 16 bottles. (Sorry wasteful packaging is a pet peeve.)
I didn’t contact the company. They sent an email on 4/27 informing me of the forthcoming replacement and a shipping email with tracking info on 5/5.
Checking spam is a good idea because of the interesting email address they used:

Did anyone cut themselves using the dermaflash. I did but my 14 month old son was tugging on me at first. I was bleeding. I then realized I was holding it at the wrong angle. The rest of my flash was great but in the first minute it really hurt.

Thanks for the update! I was sure it was the eye cream… The reviews for this look so promising, I’d like to keep it for myself, but I have noticed my mom has a dark spot so I’ll send it to her. If I hear good things, I’ll have to purchase for myself!!! Seems like an all round useful product.
