The theme for May is “Spring Cleaning.” The products included are to help subscribers “spring clean” their lives and get ready for a “full body reset.”
I like the little card Feeling Fab sent about suggesting this visualization activity for the shower. I’m in the process of moving so I could certainly use less fear and regret!
Feeling Fab includes a card with a list of all the products in their box and their values. I always appreciate when subscription boxes include this information.
100% natural soy wax candles by Mr. B’s Necessities (Lavender Rosemary), 3oz - Value $11.95
This candle has all my favorite candle ingredients: lavender, rosemary, and soy. I love getting candles as I use them all the time and this one smells delicious!
Exotic Pink Himalayan Salt foot soak by LEBotanicals, 4oz - Value $5.00 (8oz sold on site is $10.00)
This foot soak is made from “Himalayan salt, organic peppermint oil, lemongrass oil, glycerine, dried peppermint leaves, dried lemongrass, malto dextrin, glass bottle, [and] Ginger CO2" and the smell is really amazing. Summer is around the corner and my feet need to look their best so I’m pleased to see this product.
Cleanse Aid tea by Simplicity Teas, 0.5oz - Value $2.50? ($9.99 for 4, 0.5oz teas/month with subscription)
This yummy tea is made from hibiscus, licorice root, peppermint, and fennel. I love hibiscus tea (slightly sweet) and the licorice root is an interesting addition. I’m not sure about the health benefits of all this but the taste was good. I like that it is caffeine free so I can drink it at night too.
Pink Clay and Siberian Cedar Nut Oil by Lyeska, 1 oz. - Value $10.00
I’m becoming a big Lyeska fan! I love their eye cream and this soap is really great. The ingredients are ”sodium hydroxide [lye], distilled water, Siberian cedar (pine) nut oil, organic olive oil, sustainably harvested palm oil, pink clay, organic essential oil blend (lavender, geranium, sage).” The scent is amazing and it doesn’t leave my skin dry at all. I would even consider using this on my face. Try Lyeska!
Cuccio Somatology Mat Cleaner, 2 oz. - Value $4.95
I don’t have a mat cleaner and frankly, I don’t think about cleaning my mat often (yuck!) so this is a good product for me. The smell is great (eucalyptus and aloe vera) and the description says the spray can extend the life of your mat so that is good too.
Heavenly Hunk Cookies by E&C Snacks, 1.8 oz. - Value $1.65 value (buy a 6 oz. bag for $4.99)
In March, I received the Lotta Peanut Loving Chocolate Hunkola by E&C Snacks and I loved it. This cookie, I don’t like at all. I find it too dry and the taste is underwhelming.
Verdict: I enjoy receiving Feeling Fab because I receive products I haven’t seen before and I think everything was nicely curated to the theme. This month the foot scrub, soap and candle were standouts for me and I’ll use everything else except the cookies.
The value this month wasn’t great but it wasn’t terrible either. There was $36.05 worth of products for $33.74 ($28.99 plus $4.75 shipping). It would be great to see Feeling Fab increase that value in upcoming months. I still got to try new items and found some I’d definitely buy again so that makes it okay with me.
