Dungeon & Dragons Shirt - Value $15?

This month's shirt is a callout to the classic Dungeons & Dragons RPG. Show of the Demogorgon in style!

Geek Fuel - May 2017 - Dungeons & Dragons Logo

It's finished off with the classic logo on the back!

Geek Fuel - May 2017 - Family Guy Funko POP

Geek Fuel - May 2017 - Family Guy Funko POP - Stewie

Geek Fuel - May 2017 - Family Guy Funko POP - Stewie Back

Geek Fuel - May 2017 - Family Guy Funko POP - Stewie Box

I just received this in my March POP in a Box shipment - so this is a duplicate. But, for me, that just means I can display one out of the box and one in the box.

Geek Fuel - May 2017 - Marvel Pouch

Marvel Heroes Power Pouch - Value $10-15?

You'll receive this little utility pouch featuring Marvel characters.

Geek Fuel - May 2017 - Marvel Pouch Side

There are 5 possible designs - the "all-over" print design, Spider-Man, Iron Man, The Hulk, and one that features comic covers - I couldn't be happier with mine!

Geek Fuel - May 2017 - Marvel Pouch End

Geek Fuel - May 2017 - Marvel Pouch Opened

For me, I'll probably use this in my car or as a dop kit.

Geek Fuel - May 2017 - Pin

Geek Fuel - May 2017 - Pin - G.I. Joe

G.I. Joe Pin - Value $5-10?

Every month, you'll receive a pin featuring their robot mascot as a different character. This month featured G.I. Joe enemies! For the first time, I scored the rare Serpent Emperor variant!

Geek Fuel - May 2017 - Pin - Packaging

The other variations are "Constrictor Commander" and "Dest-Droid".

Geek Fuel - May 2017 - Steam Game - Kaiju Panic

Kaiju Panic Steam Game - Value $10

Each month you'll always get a new Steam game - and they do a great job of choosing game compatible with both PC and Mac.

Geek Fuel - May 2017 - Steam Game - Kaiju Panic - Back

This month's game is Kaiju Panic:

It's essential a defense game against Kaiju monsters. It doesn't get great reviews - but it's a unique take on a tower defense type game.

Verdict: This month didn't have an item that screamed 'hero item' to me. Overall, It's a good month, but only that. I love seeing a Funko item back in the box this month - I'd like to see a POP with some of the unique exclusive items that Geek Fuel is so good at!

Hi Eric, I just got an email today from Geek Fuel saying they’re doing “Buy a 3 month plan and get a free bonux box” that ships with your first month’s box. Just to give you a heads up!

This box looks rather meh to me, I kinda wish I skipped it. The shirt is OK, but I already got a Stranger Things one, the game doesn’t look interesting to me and the figure is OK, but I’m not a fan of Funko POP – if it was a QFig, then maybe, but even then I’d still prefer some classic Marvel or DC character. Overall the pin (already a collector) and the pouch (will probably find a use for it anyway and I love the 80s – if not the 70s? – feel of it) are of the most interest to me, which is not really that much for well over $20. Let’s hope June is better.

I liked last month’s box so I subbed and then put my subscription on hold for two months. I’m glad I did because the only thing that speaks to me from this box is the Stewie POP.
