I opened my Mother’s Day box today. I love it!! The only thing I didn’t like was the shade of the lip crayon, but my kids and I had fun trying it on and taking pictures. My youngest said we were “totally goth.” So, it was fun for playing, but very much not a shade I would wear. Everything else was perfect for me. Yay!

This makes me a little worried about what the next 6 months boxes will be. I subscribed to the deal on the 6-month box about a month ago and recently got the LE box with the pink nail polish.
My nail polish was broken and I am still waiting on a replacement. I sent them an e-mail about the broken polish and they requested photos of the broken bottle. Sent them photos and heard nothing for a week so I e-mailed them again. Three days later I got an e-mail that they are very busy but received my e-mail and should be back in touch in 1-5 days. Seems like this could go on forever….

Unfortunately they’re all like this. I have a So Susan Lip Love that went through the whole song and dance – only for them to tell me to send back the item at my own cost. The only two boxes that seem to care about their customers are Birchbox and ipsy.

They changed the price of their 6 month subscription. I don’t remember it still being $21/month.
