I’m so confused about what date I should order if I want my subscription starting in June 🙁 The FAQs say if I order on/after the 19th I won’t be charged until the 27th of the next month… does that mean I won’t receive a box until July?

If you want the June collection (above), sign up now. You will then have between May 20-24 to customize your box. Julep will process your payment on May 27. You will receive your Beauty Box by June 10th. I hope this helps.

Easy skip for me. The only thing I was looking forward to trying (skin perfector-concealor) isn’t in the box so I’m skipping my box till that is released.

I’m waiting for the foundation! The consistency looks marvelous in the photos. I’m hoping Julep releases samples, but I read that they were working on some kind of program to tell you your shade. That kind of thing never works right on me.

As a POC, I just appreciate seeing the colors on different skin tones!! Everytime I see this, it makes me want to open my wallet… for a color that works for me of course!!

These are some nice colors – but I can’t help but think I already have them in my collection. Signe and Elise are calling to me though – and I need a new facial cleanser stick so I think I’ll take a box this month.

That mascara is cracking me up, if I wasn’t such a mascara snob I’d give it a try and count me in as one of the people who is disappointed that the skin perfecting make up isn’t the featured product of the month.

What mascara do you like? I’m always trying new ones, sometimes I think I have found my new best one but then I always fondness something wrong with it.

TheBalm’s Mad Lash is my go to! It gives me amazing length and curl. No clumping, no flaking, no transferring. I recommend it to anyone and when TheBalm has a flash sale you can snag them for around $10 a tube.

I also really like Benefit’s Roller Lash, but since that never goes on sale Maybelline’s Lash Sensational in the purple tube is a great dupe. Both are very similar to Mad Lash, but I find Mad Lash gives me way more length.

I recently started using the Per-Fekt Liquid Lash Curler, and it’s pretty awesome. It’s a 10-in-1 mascara that has all of these benefits, and it really does cover the whole shebang… it lengthens, curls, and adds some volume. I only wear mascara for eye makeup, but it adds enough depth to my lashes at the base that people have thought that I started to wear a bit of eyeliner because my lashes look so dark now at the base. It comes off really easy too! I got this as an Ulta Beauty Steal (how I like to experiment with new products on the cheap), and hope they offer it again in the Fall.

And, if you’re like me and none of these options seem great to you, the have lots of other things as options. You can’t put anything from their stock in your box, but they usually have a pretty broad selection. It’s one of the reasons I love Julep so much. You really get to customize everything.

Justagirl, first they pick it for you, but on 20th, you go and customize your bag. You can substitute one item, or two item, or just create your own box. There is curators boxes. Julep gives you lots and lots of options.

ok, so you get a total of 3 for the box, and then if you want anything else, they are “add ons” you pay extra for? im so excited, as i got all the free nail polish set for signing up. i get a few other boxes, but the whole choosing, is a new thing for me, and ive read on here their skin care and makeup seem to be good, so im kind of excited..i really like two polishes up there, but if i am getting the set, and have options, im not sure…this choosing thing is an interesting twist to me 🙂

I’m loving the polishes, especially Signe and Elsie, not 100% sure which ones I’ll get yet. I often choose only one new color and then get a base coat, top coat or nail treatment for my second polish. And I must try this mascara. This is my only remaining subscription box! I’ve been disappointed with too many of them over the years. I think I was getting over ten boxes at one point. Julep is amazing!

I think some subscribers will be disappointed that the new skin perfecter is not a part of this box. When I was launched a couple of weeks ago, it was thought that it would be in the box. Maybe next month?

As someone who already has the eye liner, I can say it doesn’t quite have that smooth color payoff. It applied kind of… patchy? Streaky? I don’t know how to describe it. I thought it would replace my Lancôme blue eyeliner (which is a total pain to sharpen), but alas it does not.

I have several of their eyeliners and have never had a problem getting a smooth line.

Wow. I have every color they have ever made including this one, and never had a patchy problem. I love them because they glide so easy. I’m obsessed really. But I don’t like it when they show these products like they’re new when it’s not.

Do you have this blue one? Or a different color? I love their gel gliders and have like 10 (as long as you keep them from drying out) they are so smooth and never patchy….mine are about a yr old and i only have like 2 newer ones (with the gray stick instead of black cover) so im wondering if yors dried or if they changed the formula..
