This month, I received an invoice/packing slip noting the items I ordered.

And on the back, there's helpful information about their return and exchange policy and process.

I also received a sample of L'Oréal's new Hydra Genius moisturizer.

Amelie Sneaker in Gray - VIP Price $39.95 (regular price: $59.95)

As soon as I spotted these sneakers when picking May's favorites, I had to have them. They are also available in a pretty blush shade which I would normally favor, but there's something about this monochromatic gray sneaker that I gravitated towards more. I think in part, the white sole pairs nicer with the soft tone of the gray.

The overall quality of the shoe is really good. There's thick padding on the high top and tongue, which leaves the top of my ankle area feeling really comfortable.

The shoelaces match the entire shoe perfectly which I love, and there's also a cool crisscross elastic strap that velcros to the outside of each sneaker. My feet feel very secure in these shoes! They fit true to size, but it's times like these that I remember my left foot is a tad longer than my right, so that foot is super snug. Enough so, that I will be deterred from wearing them. So, I took a look at the returns policy and decided to exchange them for a half size larger. All in all, it's going to take about two weeks to receive the new pair, which I'm willing to wait for. These shoes are that good!

Based on my current wardrobe, I'll be able to wear these sneakers throughout the year with skinny denim and casual tops. But now I'm on the hunt for daytime dresses or skirts that I can pair a monochromatic high-top sneaker with 🙂

Macrame Handkerchief Dress in Off-White - VIP Price $39.95 (regular price: $56.95)

Now, this boho dream of a dress is something I typically look at aspirationally but never pull the trigger on. Or, if I do, I'll stay safe and purchase it in black (which it also is available in). However, for $39.95, I decided to go outside my comfort zone and try this in off-white. The fabric is a textured 58% rayon/42% polyester and is also lined in a typical white polyester. It is a soft, almost silky fabric and also sheer, so I'm glad to see it's lined.

When I was shopping this dress, I thought the front neckline detail was loose fringe, but in person, it's actually crochet that is sewn into all the seams. It's a pretty detail regardless and constructed really well.

That detail wraps around to the back, where the crochet forms a racerback tank. This is something I typically would not wear, but I really like it on! The crochet is very soft and comfortable and I feel really secure in this dress, especially because the straps are adjustable.

And to finish it off, there is a crochet fringed hem that is asymmetrical. The dress is midi length, which normally looks best on me with heels. However, this dress lends itself to being worn casually and I definitely will rock it with sandals (these are my ShoeDazzle pick this month!).

I love that there is no waistline and you can wear this casually while out and about!

And in the evening, I would suggest pairing the dress with wedges or heeled sandals and boho-inspired accessories. These are the wedges I kept from my last Trunk Club.

Verdict: Each month, I am excited to see the new arrivals from JustFab! I like both items chosen this month and am patiently waiting for my sneaker exchange. I paid a VIP price of $79.90 for both, but they retail for $116.90, so I feel that is a good deal. Compared to other clothing boxes like Stitch Fix and Trunk Club, I am finding that despite the higher upfront out-of-pocket expense, I prefer to choose my items each month and find there's less risk with this subscription model.
