I got mine in the mail today before seeing this spoiler and it’s GORGEOUS. Even better, I just saw these exact tea towels in a boutique last week for the $14.99 retail price they listed. Almost bought one but decided I didn’t “have” to have it for the price. I can’t believe my luck!

@Sarahfromdallas – Wow! That’s really luck. I like the towel too. I received the white one and the gold embroidery complements a gold towel I already have. I hung it up and my mother liked it and wanted to know where it came from.

I admire and appreciate Luxe Pineapple for keeping its promise to send out the home gift. Their honesty and trustworthiness is refreshing.
Everyone makes a mistake, even businesses. The owner apologized and made amends. I encourage everyone to give Luxe Pineapple another chance.
P.S. – Yesterday, I received the LuxePineapple Post for May and I LOVED IT.

I’m very impressed with the level of customer service this company has shown. I purchased the next home box the same day they sent out the emails saying they made a mistake. I’m absolutely for supporting a great company, and I usually love their box’s so I’m excited! The item my not be something in my taste, but it’s so appreciated and will either be swapped or gifted.

The Elizabeth Mott lipstick is the worst I’ve ever tried. I got it back in my November ipsy and mine was so streaky and Kathy upon application that I had to throw it out.
I’m hoping mine was just a bad one because I did not read about anybody else having that issue. Ah least it helped me realize exactly what I’m not looking forward in a lip product.

Hopefully, whether people like the towel or not (mine is already up for swap) they can appreciate the efforts the company went through to correct their error.
Personally, I’m really blown away by this. Kudos to Luxe Pineapple Home for listening to their customers, openly communicating and admitting a mistake, and going out if their way to fix it!! It makes me really, really happy to see a sub box that takes customer satisfaction seriously and does the right thing!
A lot of subboxes could learn from their behavior!!

This box has amazing customer service and listens to customers. I honestly could care less what the item they sent was (even though I love this) because it is beyond what any other sub would do to correct customer complaints. I already ordered the next home box without a spoiler due to this level of service.
I think I paid $20 for the anniversary box, so I honestly do not understand complaints when the value is now $82. I think that is pretty great.

This company is amazing. What other company would actually do this? I haven’t found any. And all anyone ever does is complain. Just be grateful they corrected the problem. A hand towel everyone can use. Even if it isn’t “your taste,” you can use it to wash your face.

When I saw the picture, I got so exited, I thought they were sending the tray, I wish I did not read the text :(. In any case, it was very nice and thoughtful of them to send additional item and I actually like it.
