Does anyone know where OP is located. I am trying to figure out where to file a complaint with the BBB. I am so tired of these subscription services who take money, don’t provide the service and then cannot even communicate with the customer. I am done. These boxes were fun at first but now it is just stressful. Not worth it to me.

You’re not the only one. I started dispute process they my bank. Not worth the trouble. I’ve never had such horrible CS in my life. They make Glossybox look good.

I’m right there with you! 😒 I still haven’t received my 2.6 box. It’s been lost since they dropped it off at the post office. They claim they have a USPS representative working with them but I haven’t heard anything and I just read on their website that they are “not responsible for packages once they leave their warehouse.” I’m just about done with them! It’s taken them 18 months to ship a 1 year sub! Ugh!!! 😠

I ordered one of these summer sale boxes and have already received a tracking number. While I agree this sub isn’t without flaws (the difference in value of boxes and the delays in shipping are indeed quite frustrating) it’s still the best of the best. The items I’ve discovered through this sub always end up being my favorite. I think there is too much nitpicking happening in this forum about Ouiplease. I’ve never had an issue with their customer service. I’ve always gotten a response within a few hours from any questions regarding my sub. All in all I’ve always been super happy with every box and I have been a subscriber since vol 1.

After purchasing box number 8 their site displayed that it was sold out so it looks like they only have 1 of each box (#’s 3 and 8 say sold out.) None of the other boxs have a purchase icon anymore so either they have sold too or there is a problem with the site. It can’t hurt to email customer service if you are interested.

It looks to me like they have an awful lot of surplus stuff from previous boxes and they are trying to sell it all off. They must have overestimated how many boxes they were actually going to need to sell. So maybe they had a lot of people not re-subscribe or a lot of people cancelled on them that they weren’t expecting. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are trying to sell off the surplus to have the additional funds for the next box. It’s a reasonable move to try to move all that surplus out as fast as possible.
I would actually order one of the surplus boxes if I could figure out how to make that work on their website. This last box was my first so there are things I don’t have yet. I went into it knowing they have shipping and customer service issues. I knew I was taking my chances. They’re website says the next box ships in July. We will see……

I hope everyone is wrong about this. To me it just looks like they are selling mystery boxes without the mystery. Of course they seem to be sold out but at least they did not just put out something like PS saying $100 for a mystery box worth $300. Just like PS and FFF (highly discounted add-ons) they are trying to get rid of old stock. Kind of like most retail stores before the end of the year inventory.

I would be very hesitant about taking them up on this offer. Oui Please customer service was oh-so-responsive when I wanted to upgrade to an annual, but when there are issues (which there FREQUENTLY are!) it is difficult to get a response/follow up from them. I was sent an expired product that made up a large part of the value of my box; I was promised a replacement 3 months ago, and have yet to receive it, in spite of my following up several times. (They won’t even respond to my emails.) My most recent box fell significantly below the minimum value that they list on their website; we’ll see if I can get a fix for that…I’m not holding my breath. And then there is the issue of their chronic shipping delays. Their MO seems to be to make promises that they can’t keep. I really enjoy all the products in this box, but their customer service is lacking. It also concerns me when a company with a history of not keeping their promises runs such a huge discount promotion as this…are they having financial issues and in need of immediate money? Are they going to take my money and run? After seeing so many people get burned by Little Lace Box taking their long term subs and then closing shop, and then lying about refunding, I get nervous about similar situations. It’s a really fun sub, content-wise…but buyer beware!

I love this subscription and the products I have received were fantastic BUT I have been waiting for close to 5 months for my volume 2.5 box and still don’t have 2.6. I have sent countless e-mails, reached out on FB, and still no boxes received. I also pay an extra $40 per box shipping to Canada AND STILL NO BOXES. Be cautious.

Love this sub ! Purchased immediately when it was announced & while shipping was/is inconsistent it’s by far one of the best boxes.

It is exactly what LLB did and now I just saw that SoChoix just pulled up states and bailed on their subscribers. 😱 I had a sub with them and it literally just ended! Crazy!

Does anyone know if a new subscription would get tacked onto an old one not finished or start a new one with duplicate boxes? I’ve emailed Oui Please but sometimes it takes them a long time to respond and I don’t want the coupon to expire before I can use it. Thanks!

I agree with Michelle. Although I think the items in the box are good, the unpredictable shipping schedule and constant delays tend to become frustrating. This is why I haven’t re-subbed since my annual expired a year ago.

Just know they take a long time to ship. Ite a GREAT box though. I bought a one year sub in November 2015 and this last box would’ve been my last since they forgot to ship one but apparently USPS has lost my last box. 🤦♀️ I don’t have good luck with my one year sub purchases. The last year long subs I purchased were LLB and Serendipity. 🤷♀️

I would think twice about this sub! I bought a one year subscription in 2015 and haven’t received all of my boxes yet. 😔 It’s a great sub, just seriously inconsistent shipping!

It will renew unless you cancel or at least that’s what happened to me only my card had expired in the year + since subscribing for a year.
