Pink Tee by Xertion - Value $9 (originally $26)
Capri Leggings by Xertion - Value $17.99 (originally $44)
I usually absolutely love the clothing items PS i love you sends, but this month was a bit of a miss for me. The capris are okay, but they have a strange tummy control panel that can be seen through this tee. Also, the tee is too long and unflattering, which is why I have it pulled up over my hips a bit, at the length I would prefer. Also, the tee is a polyester jersey knit, and I like my tees to be a natural fiber. I feel like this tee will be hot and uncomfortable during exercise. These are all just personal preferences, though - I'm sure lots of people loved receiving this outfit!
Crystal Body Deodorant Stick - Value $1.59
What unusual deodorant! It's a mineral salt stick, and you have to moisten the top before applying. I did actually try it, and I didn't really notice any bad smells, so I think it worked okay. I think the more important point is that it's free of any harmful chemicals that some folks associate with deodorants.
Wellness Journal by Erin Condren - Value $5.95
It's a fitness journal! You know, the old-fashioned kind you use with a pen! Haha! I say that because I think I've tried every app out there, and I can't find one I love. I used to just write all this stuff out with a pen and paper, so maybe it's time to revisit that method. There are spots for recording things like food, activity, and hydration.
Nutty Rice Bites by 180 Snacks - Value $1.85 (buy an 8-pack for $14.80)
These were yummy! I don't know how healthy they are, but they are vegan and gluten free.
Verdict: I am a huge fan of P.S. i love you, but this was not my favorite box. It wasn't a bad box, it just wasn't to my tastes, personally. I have often thought how lucky I am to always like the clothing they send, and this month I got a taste of what it feels like when I don't. I will still probably use everything, though. The value this month comes to about $37, which falls short of the purchase price, but I am not too upset about that since the clothing is apparently on super sale at JC Penney at the moment. It happens.
