Tracking email just came for my package that was delivered 16 days ago! LOL 😂

It’s official, they’ve “sold out” of sunglasses so they won’t give me MY sunglasses. How are you sold out if I have an empty box and case? Where did my sunglasses go?? I don’t want a refund because my sunglasses are worth $177 and I don’t want $23 back!!! I am furious!!!

Tell me why my package came and I got a very nice box, sunglasses case but.. NO SUNGLASSES!!!!
They better not try to offer me a refund, I want my sunglasses!

My Derek Crosby came alone and the other item was indicated as back ordered on the shipping slip. I got it about a week later. Little card of Bobby pins in a huge bubble mailer lol! Still thrilled with my purchases!

I’m not sure if this is happening to anyone else but I just got my package. I had ordered 5 items but the package only contained ONE of the things and the receipt included inside mentioned only that one item. The package was so big, though, I thought before opening it had all the items. I only got one email notification about the shipment but there better be more on the way. I’ll email them about this right now. How good is their customer service?

I just got my package today, and really like the Derek Lam perfume set. I also got some of the cute baby stuff, which I can’t wait to gift to my niece 🙂 And for some crazy reason I got another pineapple pin, which I’m looking at like – why?? I must have been delirious while ordering lol.

I just received my box today and was missing two items plus a broken lipstick!! Sucked cause I ordered the umbrella and makeup eraser and didn’t get it. Did this happen to anyone else? How good is there customer service, I just emailed them.

I received my package today – a tiny box. I ordered the Derek Lam perfume set and a lip stick. There were the lip stick and a pineapple pin in the box but the Derek Lam set was not! I didn’t order the pin. I emailed PopSugar immediately about the perfume set. I hope they are sending it in a separate package. I placed the order only for the perfume set!!

By faulty I mean I can not open the jacket to even try it on.

Did anybody else receive a Marchesa moto jacket with faulty zipper?

I ordered 4 of the swell bottles they charged me for them now they saying they out of stock and they gonna refund me did this happen to anyone else

I received an email just now stating that I’m being given a partial refund in the amount of $8.xx but it doesn’t state which item it’s for?!? My order contained 4 items (giraffe lovey, baby boy socks, watermelon lunchbox, swell bottle) so without it being listed how am I suppose to know which one I’m not getting? Has anyone else gotten an email like this? Makes me sad because I wanted all of those items 🙁

I’m so bummed that the Briogeo was sold out. I snagged it during the last sale. But I finally broke down and picked up that catchall and ring dish, plus some other goodies.

I picked up a mug, the garland, the power bank, the hair mask, the swan and the lint roller. Really wanted the s’well bottle to but oh well.

I tried…. they were Literally sold out of everything that I wanted! Argh! Oh well.

I picked up two Kate Spade photo albums (one for a friend’s bday gift – what a bargain), the heartbeat necklace, Rise and Shine mug, and the notepad just to hit $100. Anyway, it ended up costing ~ $27 with tax. Not too shabby!

I maaayyyy have bought the zip dress and baby girl socks 😔. Must close computer and walk away.

One of my friends has the Marchessa dress in white & purchased it for $495. I got mine for $20. Thank you PopSugar. It totally makes up for my disappointment in the mystery boxes.

I got the marchesa dress, emoji napkins and lint roller for $30. Awesome!!!! Now to hope the summer fun boxes don’t have variation, and I get a napkin.

I picked up the umbrella, the watermelon lunch box and the water bottle. All cute stuff I don’t have yet. I don’t sub to Popsugar. Instead I just wait for mystery boxes and deals like this. I’ve gotten every single thing I’ve seen in their boxes by NOT subbing. lol

welp, most of the good stuff is sold out.. boo!! And they forgot to list the kendra bracelet.. I have one.. But they make great gifts.

Why bother subscribing when you can wait for these sales and pick up exactly what you like and how many you like? LOVE this!
