Calming Facial Oil for Sensitive Skin, 2 oz. - Value $22.00

This facial oil made from Skinny & Co uses a special Nutralock System from the coconuts harvested in Vietnam, cool dry air is used to dehumidify and element heat and friction. So, I’m getting the rawest form of coconut that’s never heated. I used the oil to remove my make-up, as a spot treatment on dry areas on my skin and to moisturizer my chapped lips.

From Skinny & Co.:

Skinny & Co. facial oils are a three in one product and best of all - it's chemical free.

  • Makeup remover - apply liberally to face and wipe clean with a warm cloth
  • Hydrating masque - apply to any areas that need soothing hydration
  • Facial cleanser - used with a cleansing brush for a deep, yet gentle cleanse

Bonus tip: add to the tops of your cheekbones or decollate as a light highlight once makeup is applied.

Enclosed is a coupon and on the back of the card, here are uses for the coconut oil.

Pomegranate & Blueberry Face Mask Listed Value $6.00

This is a creamy mask that I applied onto my face and left on for 15 minutes. I didn’t notice any difference on my skin but it did feel refreshing and a change from my facial sheet mask that I use. A few of the ingredients in this mask include mineral oil, avocado oil, and jojoba oil.

Thee Balm Lip Treatment, 0.19 fl. oz. - Value $11.96

This lip treatment works so well, it got rid of my chapped lips and left them soft. The lip treatment has somewhat of a viscous consistency as I applied to my lips.

From Thee Balm:

Thee Balm™ reduces peeling and instantly heals dry, cracked lips. Once you put it on your search for the perfect lip balm will be over. You no longer have to settle for sub-par lip products. With Thee Balm, you can give your lips nourishing protection that lasts!

Thee Balm comes in a neutral, transparent hue appropriate for anyone and any occasion.

Mani in a Box Listed Value $9.00

I was excited to see this product in the box. This brand was in the January box and I loved their pedi-in-a-box kit! This 3-step mani kit has a pink grapefruit sugar scrub for step 1, a pink grapefruit mud mask for step 2, that I leave on my hands (I left the mask on my hands for 5 minutes), and a pink grapefruit massage lotion for step 3. I love how my hands feel so soft and even my cuticles aren’t dry and rough. I applied the entire cream from step 3 and had excess left on my hands, so I should have used half the packet and have some lotion for later. Overall, an effective product that tackled my dry skin.

Blue Deep Sea Jasper-24K Gold Buddha Bracelet - Value $29.99

I enjoy seeing jewelry in subscription boxes and this is the second month in a row SinglesSwag has included a bracelet. The deep blue is vibrant and pops out from the marble beads that contain a 24K gold buddha. I’m not one to wear buddhas, just my personal preference but this has a lovely velvet pouch that the bracelet came with that is perfect for gifting.

Enclosed is a coupon for 30% off their jewelry.

NCLA + SinglesSwag Exclusive Nail Wrap - Listed Value $18.00

This is a brand favorite and has been in numerous SinglesSwag boxes. This nail kit is an exclusive to SingleSwag subscribers. The kit comes with a nail file and a set of nail wraps. The nail wraps have sayings on five of the nails that say, “Party of 1”, “#Love Yourself” (twice), “Nope”, and “Never Settle”. These are their hashtag sayings on social media, and while appropriate for that setting, not so much on my nails. Plus, I am not a fan of the nail wraps. I tried them once and it was an epic fail. I’m sure this will appeal to some subscribers.

Brownie Brittle-Salted Carmel, 2.75 oz. - Value $2.19 (buy a 5 oz. bag for $3.99)

This indulgent bite sized brownie brittle was delicious! They were crunchy, chocolatey, sweet and have a caramel after taste.

Verdict: I’m enjoying my monthly SinglesSwag box and had a fun afternoon of pampering myself which was needed. There’s so much in this box that if something is a miss for you, it can always be gifted, like the bracelet. The items were heavy on beauty products which I like and I hope they continue the trend and send more jewelry next month. This box has become my favorite! Check out their Instagram page to get more encouraging quotes! The May box has a value of $99.14 - that’s an amazing value!

Just a note on the nail wraps: the majority of them do not have the hashtags. I did my whole mani without them. I generally think nail wraps are a lot of work and they don’t wear well, but I followed the very good instructions these came with, including using a base and top coat, and got a decent wear out of them.

If anyone is interested in trading this box, I’d be interested. I’m getting several different beauty boxes with loads of products I either don’t use or don’t like!

This looks like a consistently good box. I think I’m going to have to sub now- that bracelet pushed me over the edge- it’s gorgeous!

It’s too bad they don’t include a book anymore – seems to be turning into another general beauty box.

Hi: In the lead-off to this review, you indicate “Products include bath and beauty items, accessories, a yummy food item and a book to elate your soul.” Does the box usually include a book?
