Now, onto the items!

Soap & Glory Flake Away Body Polish - 50 ml Value $2.30

This is one of the best body scrubs I've tried in terms of really scrubbing away dry skin! It is made with peach seed powder for the scrub and the scent is the classic floral/fruity Soap & Glory scent.

It left my skin super smooth, and with no excess oil/moisture. I'm a fan!

Wet N Wild Liquid Catsuit in Nice to Fuschia - FULL SIZE! Value $5

(Good to know for swaps - this product has a plastic wrap seal.)

This formula is a long-lasting liquid lipstick with a matte finish, and it holds up well!

The pigment is excellent, and the staying power is impressive, too. Here it swatched:

When I applied it on my lips, I may not have given it enough time to completely dry, so some of it rubbed off, but I actually liked that result better! It gave me a berry stain look!

Nubian Heritage Coconut & Papaya Bath Bombs - Value $5

This is one of my favorite discoveries in the box! I love the Nubian Heritage brand, but I didn't know they made bath bombs!

These bath bombs are made with organic and fair trade ingredients and the tropical fruit scent is fabulous!

Acure Pore Clarifying Red Clay Mask - 1 oz Value $8.80

(Good to know for swaps - includes a hard-to-remove foil seal!)

This mask smells just like the Pore Clarifying Scrub in the April Target Beauty Box. You let it sit for about 15 minutes then remove. (If you thinks sheet masks look scary on, wait til you see this!)

I found it to be pretty gentle on my skin, but I really couldn't tell a difference once I removed it! I'm going to give it a few more tries, though. I love the ingredients, and this size of this sample is great, too.

Guess Dare Perfume - .04 oz Value $1.40

This perfume has notes of "crisp kumquat, jasmine and coconut palm." It's not for me, and to be honest I was a little bummed to see a perfume sample in this box! (Usually, Target Beauty Boxes are perfume sample free!)

VICHY Pore Purifying Clay Mask - 12 ml total Value $3.20

While I don't love foil packet samples, I appreciate that this sample is divided into two separate packets! (I hate when a foil packet sample dries out if I don't use it all at once.)

This mask was creamy, gentle, and left my skin feeling soft and smooth!

Nexxus Therappe Shampoo and Humectress Conditioner - 9 ml each Value $.50

These little samples are so cute! They are practically foil packets, but visually more appealing! The formulas are nice, too. (And they smell good.)

(FYI - shampoo contains sulfates.)

Nexxus Vitall 8-in-1 Rejuvenating Masque - FULL SIZE! Value $4

After sampling this mask and the shampoo and conditioner, I can officially declare myself a fan of their formulas and scents! (They have that expensive salon fragrance.)

This mask only takes 3-5 minutes, and adds moisture without weighing your hair down. (Only apply midlength to tips, though.)

Verdict: This box has a value of about $30. I think that's great for a $10 beauty box. I discovered a lot of new, great products, too!

I am truly impressed with the wet and wild lippy! I was not thrilled with the color but went ahead and tried it on because why not.. I’m so happy I did. The formula is awesome! Its like I’m not wearing anything yet gives me the matte look without leaving your lips tacky or so dry and chapped looking. It also dries pretty quickly

I’m definitely going g to buy a more neutral color

RIGHT?!! I thought so too. And the color wasn’t even as over-the-top as I initially thought it would be.

But I already have this lipstick in a bunch of colors, like Rebel Rose, Berry Recognize, Coral Corruption, Missy & Fierce, and I think Pink Really Hard.

I have the worst experiences with beauty boxes and the lifestyle boxes that include scented products. I got the target box today followed closely by a migraine. i ended up throwing away half the box trying to rid my home of the scent. I was sad to have to get rid of the coupon too. It was thoroughly permeated with the scent. At least this was a cheap box.

I just received my Target beauty box today. I’m definitely trying out the body scrub and bath bombs tonight.

Finally a target box that isn’t sold out!! I was able to get the April box too. And way more samples than birch box. So exciting!! And my hair is fine and usually chop it off in summer so the sample should be just enough when I do that! If I decide not to do I can always give to my mom who has short hair. Love the face masks as that is my Friday night routine.

Does the Soap & Glory Flake Away Body Polish have a peachy smell?

Reply ButtonReply

June

Yes, it does! It’s nice, though, not overpowering.

Randi

thanks – I can’t stand even the littlest amount of peach smell 🙁
I’ll either swap or gift it to someone though

Veronica

The bath bombs are the only thing that really interest me as all i take are baths, and since I’m a cosmetologist the hair stuff is sub par to me. But i can never pass a box even if i don’t like anything in it . So i only ordered 2 and another April’s box since I really liked it. I only wish i could pull off fuschia lips.

Love everything except the shampoo and conditioner, I hate getting samples of those I have so much hair a sample is never enough for even one good wash. My box did have two of the liquid catsuit though which was a hppy accident

Aimee

Mine contained two of the Guess Dare perfume samples!?!

I save these samples for when I got away overnight or for the weekend. I hate refilling my travel containers with my regular product unless I am going on a longer trip.

I have the same problem (or rather, the cosmetic companies do, lol). Maybe the bottles will be enough for one use, but all the shampoo /conditioner foil samples I’ve ever received (with maybe one exception where they were really large) have been useless to me for this reason. Even if I try to use them, I have to supplement them with my own shampoo and conditioner to cover all of my hair. Which defeats the whole purpose of trying out a new product.
They really need to be more generous with the hair samples.

This is the best box that I have received from Target. I will use all of the items in it and was very glad to see a perfume sample in it.

It was a little pricier than the previous boxes, but am satisfied with the purchase. In addition, it was delivered on time!

Nan

So now I’m tempted to order one after managing to resist for a week. Thanks a lot 😉

Kim

I think this is deff one of the better boxes we have received from them! I will use everything but the bath bombs so I’m happy

Reply ButtonReply

Heather

That’s funny, I ordered this box just for the bath bombs! All the other items are going straight to swaps haha.

Reply ButtonReply

catbert

Same for me! Will use everything but the bath bombs, I don’t take baths. 🙂

catbert

I, for one, love the fact that they included a vial of perfume! 🙂
It may not be my favorite scent, but it’s definitely not unpleasant.

Btw, I thought the retail value of the bath bombs is $7.50?..

I received my box today and it’s a really great box. I actually like every single item. The bath bombs smell sooo good. I never even look at wet n wild products on shelves (that’s what’s so great about sub boxes – trying new things) so I would never have given this lip product a try. I put it on when I opened the box. I then went to meet some girlfriends for a walk. A few hours later when I got home I looked in the mirror and the lip color was still there and quite bold (received the same color as Liz). I had forgotten to wipe it off before I left. Holy Toledo, no one said anything to me about my bright lips for a power walk. I am impressed with the staying power of the liquid catsuit.

Nice box, I might end up getting it if they lower the price. I cannot use bath bomb, CA is in drought and water cost a fortune, taking bath in CA is a real luxury.

Mily

I have never seen Target boxes have a reduced price though…

Susan

I quit ordering them on day one, because 3 times the boxes started at $10 and went to $7. This one hasn’t been changed

Jen

They’ve reduced the price a few times in the last year for those that don’t sell.

Heather

Yeah, and as someone who just paid $10 for it, I would be really upset if they sold it to other people for less a few days later.
