I am so glad that this will be my last box! I have been wasting my $21 on these garbage boxed! This company is a rip off and they have the WORST customer service I’ve ever had! They do not ever reply to emails and never answer their phones. I canceled my subscription last month but was still charged for May and June! I filed a complaint with the Better Business bureau and a claim with my bank! Garbage garbage garbage! I would love to know how they consider these boxes worth $21? Especially since they started selling last month’s garbage box for $10 but charged us $21?? Worst company I have ever dealt with! To me, they are total SCAMMERS!

“This may be a variant and not in all boxes” should really be their tagline. Not an awful box, but it just isn’t keeping up with the market, at least to me. I tried it for a few months, but I don’t think I use a single item from them. Easy pass this month.

The only item of interest so far is the sunscreen…. 😐

I’m so excited! Last month’s box was a blah one for me too, but the 2 main products are perfect for me! I guess I’m not as fussy about my glossybox, even with the variations, since I paid $16 or so per box. I used to do the whole ipsy/birchbox thing and hated the tiny samples. This box gets me better things and larger samples, for almost the same price as one of those others. So, I’m happy and think that every month (even Mays) was worth more than I paid for it, but I understand why others might not think the same.

Box looks pretty good so far. But I keep getting the cheapest variants in the boxes…so keeping my fingers crossed that I get something I can use!

I think it is ridiculous that they include an insert describing 6 items and 5 of the six will be in the box. I got so excited when I saw the Tarte BB cream on the brochure only to find that it wasn’t included. What the what?! Why even do that to a person? Of course the best item isn’t in the box. They might as well put a 10 carat diamond ring on every brochure with the disclaimer only 5 of the 6 items shown will be in the box!

They need to stop variations in order to tempt me back. Burned too many times.

Yes, I don’t even trust the Glossy spoilers anymore.

I agree & cancelled after receiving 2 months of their cheapo box versions.

I agree Cindy. I sent an email to them weeks ago about a box I received because it looked like it was missing an item. I couldn’t tell if I missed an item or if it varied. My tolerance now for boxes that vary items is getting low. Even boxycharm who I love has been varying and that is not a good fit for me anymore if sub boxes do that. Even if they are $10 or a free gift.

This box is already looking way better than last month! Atleast for me!

i signed up with a coupon and got one those horrible May boxes. what everyone else has said about it is right (and I am a previous longtime customer for comparison). It looked thrown together, products were missing, and the products in it made me wonder if the company was in financial trouble.
I’m already dubious of the june box, I don’t really like those facial/makeup brushes they’re featuring. If this box is no good I’m canceling again.

kriserdc, I could have written that exact same message. After an unfortunate May box, I cancelled and this June box doesn’t look much more promising because of the dreaded word “variant.”

I thought the same thing. My April and May boxes were just like yours. I received nothing that was posted. It was bogus. I was not a happy camper. Will not sub again. They did this twice tome. The third time, I’m not biting. Now way.

The bottle with the lime-green stripe on the side is Monu’s rosewood reviving mist, which I got from GlossyBox some months ago.
Still not biting, GB.
