Formulary 55 Rosehip and Clay Facial Mask (1 oz.) - Value $8.00

This fine pink clay powder can be used as a mask by mixing with water into a paste. However I used the suggestion on the package to use it as an exfoliation scrub instead. I mixed it with water and then applied to my face and gently rubbed in a circular motion for about 3 minutes and rinsed. My skin felt incredibly clean and soft, but not tight. I also noticed a lot less blackheads after using which is always a win.

Konjac Sponge Co. Mini Konjac Pore Refiner - Value $8.94 USD

I might be the last subscription box addict to ever try a konjac sponge. I know they come in so many boxes, but I have yet to try one. This mini sponge comes packed with French green clay. It is ideal for oily or combination skin. Now that the warmer weather has arrived in New Jersey I have been noticing my dry skin has vanished only to be replaced by a shiny t-zone. This mini pore refiner dried up those oily spots right away and I loved the feeling of the sponge on my skin. I also liked that it can be used with or without cleanser.

Bad Girl Good Tea Flower Crown Tea (1.125 oz.) - Value $8.99

This tea is beautiful! I love when loose tea has different colored flowers and leaves to make it look like art. This tea had a mildly fruity flavor and a medium amount of caffeine. It is a blend of green, white and oolong tea.

Soap and Paper Factory Sakura Blossom Sea Salt Scrub (2 oz.) - Value $10.00

I love getting scrubs in my subscription boxes. I can never have enough scrubs because I use them 4-5 times a week in the shower. This scrub is packaged in an adorable jar with a wooden lid (Soap & Paper Factory has such beautiful packaging) and it smells divine. I can’t place the smell, but it smells bright, fruity and honestly good enough to eat. The jojoba seed oil left my skin feeling soft for hours post-shower.

Love Mia Co. Floral Pattern Hair Ties - Value $2.00

These hair ties are patterned with roses and hibiscus flowers. My hair is so thin and straight that these types of hair ties never stay in, but the colors are so lovely I’ll enjoy just wearing them on my wrist instead.

Torie & Howard D-anjou Pear and Cinnamon Candy (2 oz.) - Value $3.21

Yum! I always keep hard candies in my desk at school for a mid-afternoon pick me up. Usually I have sour lemons or Jolly Ranchers. These individually wrapped pear and cinnamon candies are a nice deviation. The pear taste is more pronounced than the cinnamon and at only 12 calories a piece they are a guilt free indulgence for me.

Verdict: I didn’t think My Reward Box could top last month’s box which I was obsessed with, but…I am thrilled with every item once again. The candies and tea were yummy, and the mask, scrub and konjac sponge are all highly effective. My Reward Box is quickly becoming one of my favorite women's lifestyle boxes at a great mid-price point. The value this month was over $41 which is over the $35 cost of the box (including free shipping).

When I think of spending 30+ dollars for a box, I expect to double or triple my value.

Exactly! For a box valued at $41, the absolute most I’d spend would be $20. Oh and I’d have to want & use 75-80% of the items. I’ve cut way down the past 15 or so years on consumption levels – taking a good hard look on the things I do buy, looking for value, quality, and am now much happier with all I do purchase and feel better about my consumption levels! 😘⚡️Jet

I agree but a $5 difference in value vs cost. Not worth it.

Interesting curation but Im not sure if that would be enough for me given the price.
