YumeTwins Happy Birthday - June 2017 Box

The first thing you see when you open the box is this little booklet that gives you all kinds of information including the contents of your box, current contests, prizes, promotions, and community.

Shinada Baby Nature Large Plush

The biggest and most notable item in the box is this adorable Shinada large plush monkey.

YumeTwins Happy Birthday - June 2017 Box

This little guy is soft, squeezable, and a nice size. I plan to gift this cute guy to my nephew!

Kawaii Character Mini-Bowl

This little bowl looks like a duckling or maybe it’s a chick? It’s super cute and perfect for snacks or a side of rice.

Sumikko Gurashi Large Rubber Clip

How stinkin’ cute is this giant paper clip? Words I never thought I would say (or rather write), but I mean look at it! Besides being cute, this thing is also very sturdy.

Bananyan Mini-Mascot

This tiny plush of a cat in a banana peel is once again too cute for words. Probably another gift to my nephew because he will think it’s awesome! Soft and adorable!

Sumikko Gurashi Deco Latte Sheets

These little character sheets are made from an edible soluble gelatin that you simply put on top of a hot beverage to create latte art. What a concept!

You get 10 sheets in each package and they are all different!

YumeTwins Happy Birthday - June 2017 Box

I put this over hot water so I could get a better picture of it, but I did taste it and it was pretty good. The taste was definitely coffee/chocolate flavored which would be much better over actual coffee!

Verdict: For $29.99 (including shipping), I received five products with a cost breakdown of $6 each. While this style isn’t necessarily my thing, it was certainly cute and filled with all kinds of Kawaii goodness. Worth the cost.

I felt like this box needed 1 more item. I’m not sure why since I haven’t thought that before…

And I got the cat bowl. Super cute! Why? Oh, why,did they put the sticker on the side, and not the bottom of the bowl? I can’t get all the too off and wouldn’t notice if it was in the bottom but it’s driving me crazy since it’s on the side.

I ADORED my box – I received the monkey plushie, too, and it is too, too cute. This was my first YumeTwins box and I’m hooked!! 🙂

These items are not worth $6 each. You can get these types of things at daiso stores for $1 each. The only one that would MAYBE come close to $6 is the plush. Box is a bit overpriced. :/

People also need to consider that the price for shipping, packaging, inserts, etc is included in the price of boxes. So the price of items goes up to a certain extent, but the company has business expenses that are built into the price.

Very true. Company overhead gets very expensive. Shipping, alone, is no doubt expensive and they take time to create a great EXPERIENCE for all of us. I’m more than willing to pay what we pay for the overall experience.

I’d like to offer for consideration that all these items are branded – Daiso doesn’t cover that. So these really are pretty valuable!

I find lots of branded items at Daiso actually!
