FYI – Luxe Pineapple Post July 2017 Shipping Update
LPPost hit a slight delay with a vendor shipping to us late. Once the last item arrives we turn the boxes around within 24 hours, so all boxes will be en route in the next few days.
For the patience and understanding with the short LP Post delay I'd love to share a hint on one of the products being featured in July! It's from France and you'll be some of the first in the United States to have it!

I’ve been having issues with LP the last few months. Shipping issues/tracking issues, never receiving an item I purchased…She’s been great about fixing issues as they arise but they arise often. I asked on fb about the July Experience and July Post because we literally have been in the dark all month about it. She replied quickly and made a public post on their FB about the updates which is great but especially now that they have so many boxes they really need to get their organization together and customer service game up with updates etc. Now after they moved the box shipment to the end of months instead of the beginning for the reason of “giving vendors more time,” there shouldn’t be as many shipping delays because of vendors. It sounds like they just aren’t working far enough in advance.

I loved the first 2 boxes I received, but never got the third of my 3 box pre-paid subscription. I emailed 4 times, first 2 days apart, then when the mass email that the next month was shipping I emailed 2 more times. Each email was very polite and just a “hey, never got my box let me know what’s up”. She never responded to any of the emails and I never saw my third box and gave up. There’s definitely some follow up and tracking issues probably from rapid expansion and growth, but I’m all done with LPP.

You are exactly right. I ordered one “limited edition” last month and it was sent literally on the last day of the month. That’s just poor CS. It seems this sub box always has excuses and like you said they don’t keep people in the loop. And their way of thanking people for thei patience was giving them a hint about a July box product! R u serious!!????? Nope. I’ll pass on this box. Get Causebox or Sugarbash. Both are outstanding!!!!!
