I’ve heard great things so I bought 2 pairs shoes, 2 dresses and 2 apparel!! Can’t wait to see what I get!!!

I was able to go ahead and purchase now the customer service lady is still telling me that the sale is not live

I spoke with a rep and also a supervisor. The sale was not suppose to go live until 8am EST, including the apartment (which had been sold out for hours before 8). Apparently there was a glitch in their system allowing people to check out before the sell was suppose to go live (which isn’t fair to everyone).

I tried the apparel and shoes which say in stock but won’t let me change to correct size. Does that mean sold out?

Last time was my first time. It was amazing. I wasn’t able to snag an apartment item, but I did get for $75:

Oh wow, at 12:20am pacific time (as soon as I saw this comment) Apartment and Jewelry were both already sold out! I guess you have to get there super early, like getting to a garage sale an hour early and just hanging out in your car waiting for it to start.

Nothing seems to be a available except size small in dresses and apparel. Shoes no larger than size 5 and Apartment and Jewelry are sold out

So weird … I could NOT get a link to work until Liz posted specific links to sizes @ 7:30 am ET. I would love to know why some people could access the MSS specials earlier than other people.

I bought 4 pair of shoes, last time. 2 I would have picked myself! 2 I wouldn’t have, but once I tried them on, they were pretty cool!

Last time I ordered 4 shoes. 3 of them were the same cheap jelly flip flop. I couldn’t believe they had the nerve to send 3 of the same pair! Unfortunately they didn’t refund me but gave me the $40 in credit. Ugh, I guess I’ll use the credit this time around. They better not send the same shoes!

I’ve had pretty bad luck with these and with some of the items the sizing has been crazy. For instance; buying multiple items in same size and some are too tight (can’t even squeeze into), others way too big (tent like) and once in awhile something fits perfectly.

I’ve never lucked out on getting a coat or an awesomely quirky pair of shoes or boots. And I have never managed to get an apartment item. That’s the holy grail.

So, I’m on the fence. If I can grab an apartment item I will. Otherwise I’m not sure if I’m willing to risk it since I’ve been disappointed a lot in the past.

I’d suggest that those not very familiar with ModCloth: check out their website, especially the clearance section. Many times complaints are about people receiving things like the gnome shoes, cutesy patterns, retro looks, geeky things etc. That’s very ModCloth. So check them out before deciding to buy these.

Yeah, I think the gnome shoes are that weirdly ugly cute thing and I would love them too. Weirdly, even though I love 95% of ModCloth (and 100% of the weird stuff) I get stuff that I don’t like or like but doesn’t fit.

I mentioned the gnome shoes because after each of these surprises there are a ton of people on MSA disappointed over quirky pieces so I figure people should know the styling before they order.

Been waiting for this! I don’t really have the money but with the 30% off, I plan on getting 3 dress, 2 apparel, and 3 shoes. I’ve never gotten MC stuff but eye it up all the time. I hope I get lucky! All that for $70, what a steal!

Last time I ordered 3 dresses and 2 apparel, and definitely lucked out. Each item was something i would have picked out for myself, and one of my dresses sells for $110. I’m sure I won’t get that lucky again, but I can’t help taking the chance!
