I signed up for the $10/month for 3 months deal and already received my 1st box yesterday the 25th. Today I got another shipping notification that says the delivery date is 7/31. I am wondering if this will be the August box already? Has anyone else received notifications for the August box yet, or is this too soon?

I got an additional shipping notification too, a week after receiving my first box. On my account it shows under July, there are 2 tracking numbers. Its very strange, maybe we are part of some lucky system fluke ;p

I have been with Glossy box for over 2 years now myself. I did have a total of 3 subscriptions at once with them. Myself and my 2 daughters. After lousy customer service my daughters choose to start receiving other boxes instead. This was last year. This month they charged my card on July 1st and today it still shows my box is being packet !!! I have yet to receive my box for the month and then on the 11th they charged my PayPal the 21 dollars on a subscription that clearly still shows cancelled and has been for over 15 months!!! I messaged them via messenger and sent a email on the 11th and I got the email that comes automatically saying they got your email but still no response!! No boxes No refund to my PayPal have came NOTHING!! Has anyone else had any of these problems

They owe me 3 boxes and then claimed I had no account. Plus I got the same box 2 months in a row. So I cancelled. It’s a shame because the can give some great products, but you shouldn’t have to ask for them! Problems every month!

makes me concerned when boxes have such huge discount specials. a few have gone out of business this year already, and GB has had some issues with boxes (no one seems to have gotten the tropical box they picked, for example). anyway, I have cancelled due to customer service issues but hope the box is going to be out there for those who want it.

I’m unhappy with the box i got this month. The lipstick was a complete miss for me while other people I have seen got some cleansing oil or a luxurious bar soap . I’m so tempted to get another box just to see if i’m lucky enough to not get something with higher value but there is also the chance that I may get the exact same box that I got previously and I will hate myself for spending more money, and get the double the stuff that I don’t want and like . Dilema =.=
