I always like at least 3 things Lola sends me so the box is worth it to me. That eyeshadow palette was gorgeous! I’m an old broad but I put it on my lids and it’s really pretty. The cuticle oil was not overwhelming but I do my own nails so it’s something I’ll use. I did notice the exp date on the sunscreen but I’ll use it on my arms and hands when working out in the yard. The lipstick I didn’t like at first but I tried it again and let it dry then add a touch of gloss on top and it was a very pretty neutral shade.

Just want to warn you all…I got my first box today (7/20/2017) and the Previse sunscreen is expired…mine says EXP05/17. I wanted to let everybody know because to me expired sunscreen is a major deal and not something to take lightly! I have a YouTube channel and I was unboxing this for my viewers so they now know that it is expired and I told them that I would not recommend this box! I am not going to bother contacting them since other people have complained about the same thing obviously they don’t care and are going to keep sending people expired products so I’m just going to cancel. Everyone needs to try to get the word out to warn people. I am subscribed to about 16 beauty subscriptions and have never received an expired product until now!

Yeah, I think this is just a way for cosmetic companies to unload their overstock, and for Lola BB to pad their RV.

Mirabella is WONDERFUL! The colors are too loud for me, though. I’ve never tried, or even heard of this box, but if they offer brands like Mirabella I’d jump right on it.

I’m actually a big fan of this sub. I’ve always thoroughly enjoyed my Lola boxes. Some people will come up with any reason to complain though. I’ve cancelled almost all of my boxes at one time or another but I’ve always kept this one

I imagine receiving expired skincare products and damaged cosmetics would be reasonable grounds to complain.

This box just caught my eye. Anyone sub to it.. opinions on it? I am so sick of boxes that are here today and gone tomorrow as well as those that make promises about full size/deluxe size products and then don’t deliver, to say nothing of poor customer service. I am interested, but not going to jump in until I do more research (can you tell I have been burned, yes I mean you Allure). Thanks all

I had subbed t this box for a couple months. Horrible CS. And the box was grossly over RV’D and were sample sizes. Lots of cr@ppy brands of makeup. Ditched it real quick. Stick to Boxy for better quality.

Oh, as far as their customer service (after my other message hopefully finally posts): it’s pretty decent in the sense that they respond quickly, usually within a day. However, when I contacted them about that old cream, they promised to make it up to me by sending two extra items, and those items were a sheet mask and a blush in a sticky box that had bits of paper stuck to it. They obviously sent me that blush simply because it wasn’t in saleable condition.
That was the last straw for me.

we have Ross and Marshalls were i live and those brands are always there at a very cheap price. i got a five tube full size manna kadar lip set for 8 dollars. and the other brands are there also. so when they list their price on something i can get for an 80 percent discount, i cant justify my buying it. but i’m lucky i live close to every store there is lol, and might not like the seek and find thrill i love so much…

I subscribed for a few months, but wasn’t impressed enough to keep it. A lot of unknown brands, a lot of Hikari products. There are Lola Box unboxings on YouTube, you can see for yourself.

Also, one time the box RV was ostensibly very high, but it was due to a supposedly $65 cream that was obviously expired. I certainly didn’t like that. A cheap trick for customers who aren’t going to research any further.

I think Lola is comparable to Boxy or Glossy.
