Now, on to the item!

Spider-Man Beach Towel Cinch Bag

This bag has a detachable Spider-Man keychain, too!

The material is super soft and absorbent. (100% Polyester.)

And the tote turns into a towel! (Most of the tote storage goes to holding the towel, but there's still room for essentials!)

Eric and I just rewatched all 3 Tobey Maguire Spiderman movies to get ready to go see the new Spiderman movie, so I was extra excited for this item! (And wow the 3rd movie was even more cringy than I remembered!)

It measures about 50 inches in length and 32 inches across.

This would be a great tote to take to the pool or an amusement park! It's pretty compact and lightweight. Here it is in hand to give you a better sense of scale:

Verdict: I think this is another great month for Loot for Her! I love that they are sending exclusive items you can't get anywhere else, and this is a fun and useful item. One thing to call out, though: Loot Crate has had some shipping issues they are working through (this June box arrived in July). My understanding is that they are working out the issues to resolve this, but it's important to know that if you sign up, shipping may take longer than you'd expect.

Anyone that wants to swap their Spidey towel baggy thingy, I would purchase or swap some items for it for my little girl. I am on the swap listings or can email me at beaverlasvegas77@gmail. Thanks in advance

Oh god, can Emo Spider-Man ever be topped for most cringey ever?

Call me cynical, but I think LootCrate’s ongoing, major shipping issues deserve more than a footnote at the bottom of the post.

Especially when a major newspaper like the LA Times has recently published an article about how much the company is struggling.

This is the first time I’ve raised an eyebrow at a glowing review by MSA of a sponsored crate.

In my opinion, I would much rather deal with Lootcrates shipping issues, than pay Nerd Blocks high prices for hit and miss content and have to deal with Nerd Blocks “award winning charm and kindness” in customer service =P Lootcrate, to me, always has solid items, great prices, and their customer service deserves trophies n cakes doled out to em lol. And again, just my opinion between the two major geek subs.

Hear, hear! I’m still waiting on the April Risky Business bundle–all I’ve gotten are emails swearing that they will totally ship next week.

I kind of have a side eye here too. Mostly because this is such a weird Loot Her IMO – it’s a weird product in general actually. I guess the last thing I’d want to do is use a wet towel to carry my items around in or have on my back if I’m walking around anywhere? Just doesn’t seem all that practical.

As far as the shipping issues go, I think LC bit off more than they can chew with all the exclusive crates and having crates that have different shipping timelines. For example some crates are monthly (Loot Crate, Loot Wearables), some are bi-monthly (Wizarding World of HP, Halo), some are quarterly (Sanrio), then you’ve got the one time purchase boxes that pop up (South Park, Stranger Things) – it’s no wonder they can’t keep their shipping straight.

I understand it’s a fandom based sub service, but it’s impossible to cater to ALL fandoms. I’m a member of the LC lab and they’re constantly sending feedback surveys about what to add next, what do people want in boxes, how often do they want them – but they should really get their CORE boxes under control before they keep trying to release more exclusive themed boxes. Oh and I don’t think their global price hike helped them either – you’d think if you’re going to increase prices then use the money to get better shipping or something (especially since S&H isn’t included in the price of the boxes to begin with).

To end on a positive, I will say their CS is wonderful and the quality of their items and apparel is really great.
