The box comes with a glossy black info sheet with visuals and written descriptions of the items in the box. Different boxes will get different variations of some of the items—they list out all the possible versions on the sheet, which I like.

Banpresto Dragon Ball Z Goku Kamehame-Ha Wave, May 2017 Special Release - Listed Value $40.00

It's hard to say there's one brightest star in this box, but this near-eight-inch-tall Goku figure sure makes a run at the title. He comes in three easy-to-assemble pieces (two if you don't count the blue cloud, which is really just there for extra stability), and he's not the least bit wobbly. Just take a look at this thing...

This figurine is impossibly detailed and masterfully sculpted. You can feel the energy building between his hands, blowing back his Gi, and the tension of his muscles and stance. It's wild how very real and life-like this little toy is. I'm bowled over by the artistry and the attention to detail. (The man has fingernails. FINGERNAILS!) Of course, I'm also getting constantly distracted thinking about silly small objects I can make him hold—a grape? a wedding ring? a tiny photo of my face?—so I can barrage my friends with goofy Goku photos. (Feel free to comment with ideas.)

Banpresto Furafura Swing Head Figure of Cell, March 2017 Release - Listed Value $30.00

There are a ton of different listings for this toy online, all with vastly different pricing. Lootaku lists it as $30.00, which seems pretty fair. This toy is just as delightful as the Goku figurine (though about an inch shorter), if simply because the concept behind it is so fun.

This Cell figurine looks as if he's just been walloped by one of our Super Saiyan friends. What makes it even better is that this is a bobblehead, so a tap on his helmet sends his noggin wobbling. It's a hilarious and genius idea for a figurine, in my opinion. Plus, like Goku, he's really very stable on the accompanying base. I had a little trouble getting his feet to fit flush with the stand, but after a little arguing, we got there. I've got him on my desk now, and he's definitely given me a few giggles already. Hard to see you as a threatening dude in this form, Cell!

Note that other subscribers may have received Cell in a different color, or Frieza in one of two colors.

Banpresto Dragon Ball World Collectible Figurines, Vados - Listed Value $15.00

This figurine, compared to the other two, is on the small side. Vados is only about 3 or 4 inches long, but though she be but little, she is fierce.

I'm wild about the way she's been designed—she comes with a clear, zig-zagging peg that lets her "float" above her stand. She's impeccably detailed for being on the small side, from her dress to her heeled shoes to her signature blue halo encircling her neck (it's barely noticeable where it attaches to the rest of the figurine—so cool). I will say her staff is on the droopy side, just because it's made from a softer plastic than the rest of her seems to be. But a little coaxing should help it stand straight again.

Other subscribers may have likely gotten something different—there are 12 different versions of this style of figurine that you could get, including Super Saiyan Blue Goku or Vegeta, Monaka (kind of glad I don't have that creepy little face staring at me), Shanpa, and more.

Dragon Ball Cushion Cover Featuring Master Roshi's Symbol - Listed Value $10.00

How cool is this?! This canvas pillow case cover is big enough to fit a standard throw pillow (I get 'em from Ikea) with a little wiggle room to spare.

The cover is plain white on the back and printed with Master Roshi's symbol on the front. There's a zip closure, which is nice. It's not the softest thing in the world, but I'm absolutely smitten with it. There's a chance you could get Goku's "Go" symbol, too, but I'm not complaining—having an excuse to think about great, goofy ol' Master Roshi every time I sit on my couch is a pretty good deal.

Dragon Ball World Martial Arts Tournament Light Box - Listed Value $25.00

First note: this item came separately from everything else in the box, because shipping weight wouldn't let it all be packaged together. Obviously, my interest was piqued. Also, this is basically impossible to find online, so I'm deferring to the listed value from Lootaku, which is $25.00. That seems fair, though honestly, I'm kind of surprised it's not more. Because, uh, well, just look.

Is it an art piece? Is it a lamp? Is it the coolest item ever? It's all of the above! I'm in love with this light box. It's made using layers of paper (or some paper-ish plastic material) that have been cut to create a gorgeously detailed, intricate, three-dimensional piece of artwork. It looks amazing on its own, just sitting on my mantle, but turn it on and this thing comes. To. Life. It looks cool in the picture above, but it's even cooler in person. Basically, the crisp ivory paper turns to shadow, and its varying opacity turns this field of white paper into what looks, from afar, like some kind of illuminated sketch. Also, get this—it comes with both a standard wall plug and a USB plug, so you can keep this on your desk or elsewhere in your home. Aaaamazing.

Verdict: This is the first time I've gotten Lootaku, and I am dying over how much I love this box. The quality of these items is so good. I found a few of these designs listed for far higher than what Lootaku noted on the info sheet, too, so I feel like the $120 value they noted is more than met. I'm so excited to add these figurines and home items to my collection. The box is an investment at about $60.00 (after shipping), but I feel so confident about what I'm spending my money on after seeing this month's haul.
