This month's box is all about the "Long Weekend." The info card included gives a brief description of each item included, plus tips for usage:

Now, on to the items!

Sisley Black Rose Mask – .38 oz (Value $29.30)

This is a 10-15 minute mask that is super hydrating! You can just pat off the excess product, or leave it on for even more moisture. Since I’m trying to make sure I use every ounce of these pricey beauty products, I wore this overnight and woke up to super moisturized skin – I love it!

Sisley Floral Toning Lotion – 1 oz (Value $12.25)

This toner is alcohol-free and ideal for dry or sensitive skin. The rose and cornflower scent combination isn't my favorite, but I love that the formula is so soothing. (And it's a good sample size, too!)

Sisley Black Rose Skin Infusion Cream – .13 oz (Value $15)

This face cream is designed for both night and day use. Considering how luxe the formula feels and how hydrating it is, it is surprisingly light! It absorbed almost instantly!

Sisley Black Rose Precious Face Oil – .01 oz (Value $2.80)

This face oil is designed to be used post toner and before face creams.

It's supposed to help with fine lines and brightening skin and can be used morning or evening. I found that it left my skin feeling a little greasy, so I'd limit this to nighttime use.

Sisley Izia Eau de Parfum – .04 oz (Value $4)

This perfume has top notes of white bergamot, pink pepper, and aldehydes. Middle notes of rose d'orano accord, transparent floral accord, and Angelica. And base notes of cedar, amber accord, and musks.

The scent (like most perfumes) isn't for me, but I give them points for a unique fragrance blend. (I wish this sample was a skincare sample, though!)

Verdict: This box has a value of about $63.35! That's great for a $10 box! The only warning I have is that if you fall in love with a product, it's going to be pricey! (I am addicted to Sisley's foundation now thanks to this subscription!)

If you're interested in this subscription, I'd recommend signing up for a second (or even third) subscription so that you can have a lot of time to test out the samples and see if they work magic on your skin.

I would totally jump on this if they sent only one or two samples a month that lasted a week each vs mostly one time use samples. I get that the overall retail value of the box is high, but I just can’t really get the feel (and take the plunge on buying a full size) from something like a day and night cream – for example – when I only get a packet for one day. Especially as I have pretty sensitive skin, I need at least a week to tell if something is really working or will cause skin irritation with daily use. I get that they are going for variety – but even a weeks worth of packets (one for each day) for such a pricy cream instead of just one would really add value and make this irresistible for me. I would be fine with less overall samples to balance out the retail value for them.

Even though the sample sizes are pretty small, I generally get at least a week or more use from each one. The face creams are highly concentrated so you only need maybe a pea size to cover your face. The sample eye creams have lasted 2-3 weeks. The makeup remover and toner lasts a month or more. Also, I recommend getting a second sub. It’s so worth $10/month.

I’ve just signed up for this! The 12-month sub is $100, so, two months free!

I wish it would start with this July box; I’d love to try that Rose noire oil.

The August content is up on their site. The perfume sample is one of the Eau de soir, and I’m looking forward to that, too.

They just released full spoilers for August. Looks very nice, but one of the sample is perfume again.

I love this sub and currently have two. I generally love the creams, toner, makeup remover and mascara. I don’t like the highly scented items like the body lotions and perfumes. I love the gentle makeup remover so much, I finally purchased it and it’s about $100. This is a fantastic sub but may become pricey if you fall in love with a product.

I like that they don’t auto renew. They send an email to notify your sub has ended and a link to resub.

I love this subscription! I have discovered so many skincare gems in this line. I also have purchased their make up and the eyeshadow, foundation and mascara are the best I have ever used. I do wish they would occasionally include a lipstick or eyeliner mini.

Does this auto-renew? I could not find anything through my account that helped.

No, this subscription does not auto-renew. You should receive an email stating that your subscription has ended. You will need to purchase a new subscription when you’re ready.

This is one the few subs I still have. When its time for renewal Im going to order 2 subs for 1 year. I always use all of the products and they do wonders for my skin.

Liz, this brand has the best foundation I’ve ever tried. I only use it on special ocationa because for work I prefer the tinted luminizer (Peau Vierge) that LMDB had sent in the past few years. A tiny amount goes a long way so I still have the one they sent last year. I dont use it every day though.

I actually have a full size of this oil. Want to be sure everyone is using it correctly (because I love it!). After you cleanse your face and while your face is still damp and warm: warm one to two drops (yes drops only) in the palm of your hand and press into your face, neck and decolette. I have dry skin and use two drops. My son has normal skin and uses one drop. Neither of us feel oily after using it.

Hope that helps someone.

In July I signed up for the second Sisley sub. I just could not help it, I love them . I agree on the oil, it felt greasy, even so I managed to get three uses of this sample. I put it after serum overnight (no face cream), but still even in the morning, the face felt greasy. Perfume was not good. I usually not very picky about perfume, but this one was not my cup of tea at all. It smelled bitter. I expected that it would be more like rose smell (based on the theme), but the smell was not strong, but bitter/damp.
