I wanted to redo my beauty profile but I can’t find anywhere to do that in my account.

I want to change my profile how do I do it

I looked back through the Walmart Beauty Box posts to see when the spoilers came out. Last year, the Fall box spoiler was on September 19th. Hopefully it won’t be too much longer. I wonder if this new profile thing is going to change things and possibly delay the box.

Does anyone know when the fall boxes are coming? Or the spoilers? Thanks!

Are they doing a Fall box? I thought it would be for this month and nothing yet?

Fall boxes in the past have started to release Sept. 21st. This box runs quarterly and coincides with the seasons.
Getting frustrated as I still havent figured out this profile thing. I am subscribed to Trendsetter and Classic and also a gift sub to my daughter.
Hoping we see an email from them soon explaining the whole mess.😐

It’s been weeks since this was posted and there has still not been a resolution to this. Has anyone figured out how to work this for existing subscribers? Every time I fill out the profile (even when I am already logged in) it tells me I am already subscribed, so it doesn’t save the info. I also don’t understand how this works when you have two subscriptions on one account for different boxes (trendsetter/classic). Does anyone have any more info on this??

I know I’m not the only one that noticed Native American is not an ethnic choice. I don’t understand why. Not all beauty subscriptions ask what your ethniticity is. It’s usually about your skin tone and hair type. But, honestly, I am tired of checking “OTHER”. I actually did write them a polite email asking them why? I never expected a response but I got one today. It’s pretty short and not exactly friendly but it does state that they have added that. So I logged in to see. No. Still just an “Other”.

Hi! Has anyone received the sub boxes as of yet?

I cancelled my subscriptions last month, but decided to go ahead and do the survey and see what it told me… At the end it says I was already subscribed. So…I don’t know what’s happening!

I already get the classic and trendsetter and like everyone else was unable to do the profile survey. So just for the hell of it I went in fresh with new email and signed up for the natural box and went ahead and ordered. Have received order email so will update once I receive to see if what they send is any different.

Ok I cannot figure this out, I clicked “here” and it’s wanting me to subscribe, I already do. So I logged in with my account and cannot find the profile??!

Log in and then click the Walmart Beauty Box icon in the upper left. That will bring up the survey link in the middle of the screen. Click “here” and after you do the survey if you act like you will subscribe it will tell you that you already are. Unclear if it actually saves or does anything then or not….

JuJu

I did that, and now when I log in to my account it lists two subscriptions that are both impossible to cancel (with the click of a button, I mean).

Same

Hi – I went to their website first, and signed into my account. Then, I opened a new tab on the browser, came back to this page, and clicked on the “here” tab above. I filled out the survey while I was signed on. When I got to the end, it said “you’re already subscribed.” Not sure if it worked, but I think it did. You might want to try that.

JuJu

Yes, that’s precisely what we’ve been commenting about.

Ugh, this does not seem better. So, now it will judge things on my age again? I liked it when we had Classic and Trendsetter choices. I want the fun colors they put in the younger boxes. Also, now there is Classic, Trendy, and Natural? What if you wanted to try all the items. Now do you have to have three subscriptions? :/

Dahmitra

Then just lie about your age

Reply ButtonReply

LB

Right I lied about my age to get a second box (one Classic and one Trendsetter) before but now it appears as though you’ll have to create an entirely second (or third) account to change your profiles…I think that’s what the complaint is.

LB

So does this mean there will no longer be a Classic and Trendsetter version? Will contents just be based on your age in the profile? Both my subs look the same now and not labeled as Classic and Trendsetter and I can’t find a way to modify only one. I suspect I’m going to get 2 of the same box now…but it’s not clear. Wondering if I should cancel one and create a whole new account with new profile (with a fake younger age). I wish there was some explanation of the changes…

I logged in and see where the page says to click here to update beauty profile but nothing happens when I try to click on it.

Hit the actual word “here”

The different flowers representing ethnicity are an interesting touch. I wonder what marketer/graphic designer was tasked with that?? 😂

Reply ButtonReply

Abi

Right! They’re beautiful but random haha.

Reply ButtonReply

Taren

It’s a no win situation, someone will always complain. They did a good job with an impossible task. Watch, someone will still complain that their ethnicity’s flower choice was biased or something.

I’m just annoyed that they don’t list Native American. Like wtf??

Bebe

I feel a major mess coming for Walmart Beauty boxes in the near future…

Reply ButtonReply

Abi

I agree. I think all this new tailoring will take a while for Walmart to figure out. *sigh* I liked this subscription so much…

Reply ButtonReply

JuJu

Btw, I just filled out a profile to test it out, and when you are done it takes you to checkout – to purchase a beauty box.

Even more confusing, then.

Reply ButtonReply

betty

When you log in the site says you are already subscribed and there is no charge

Laura

It didn’t say anywhere that it saved my beauty profile – I was logged in.

JuJu

I am not logged in. It says on top “Sign In” or “Create an Account”.

Dawn

Yes, this is confusing…

Reply ButtonReply

LB

So consider me confused. I followed the link and filled out the info but I wasn’t logged in and when I logged in I didn’t see a place to retake the survey. So how is it linking any preferences to us? Seems they are just surveying demographics. Also I have a sub for Classic and one for Trendestter but they both just say “beauty box” under my subscriptions. And they both had an option for cancel, change address and prolong without any explanation of what prolong means. I chose it for both and it just said my sub will be continued. Is it not auto renewing anymore?? They may have updated the look but it isn’t much more user friendly to me. Lol.

Reply ButtonReply

JuJu

Great point, about the survey not being linked.

My other issue with this is, considering how randomly they always fill the boxes, what guarantee do we have that they’ll actually follow the beauty profiles?

I think the best path for me personally from now on is unsubscribe from both boxes and just follow the spoilers in case something interesting pops up. And then buy it myself. 🙂

I’d like to do this survey, but I don’t see where to. Will they email me to ask? I checked my Walmart account, and they have the record of the subscription, but I didn’t see a place for the beauty profile.

If u click on the upper left “Walmart Beauty Box” the link will appear in the middle of the page.
