I used the link to resub (I cancelled a few months ago), but I didn’t see any gift choosing option or a screen stating I had received any… So, I just contacted ipsy care to find out if it through them that I had to request or what…

Not sure if this works for renewing subscriptions. I’d also recommend using an incognito window/tab when opening the link. (When I tested it, the first screen I saw was to select my sample.)

Well, I received the offer in my email as well (the one associated with the account), and it said “re-subscribe now” so I guess it should work for it. I’ll just wait and see what ipsycare says. Maybe it was just a glitch when I resubbed that didnt let me choose (hopefully!)
