Has anyone gotten any shipping notifications? I signed up on the 16th and have received no communication from them other than the original thanks for joining.

How long before we actually receive the purse?

Shipping for these guys takes awhile. I’m not sure what the hold up is. You will get a shipping notice and then you wait… It does take longer than 10 days typically from the time you get the notice to any movement on your package. Unless something has changed since I got my last purse…. In any case, I found it’s not worth getting upset about. I mean I am never so desperate to get a purse though mail that I need to use ASAP. You will totally get your package – just don’t expect quick…

I signed up on the 17th and am waiting for shipment. But it does say 5 – 7 business days to ship I believe.

According to their FAQ, your bag should ship within a week of placing your order, and ground shipping can take up to 10 days. Hope that helps!

I signed up for the Valentine’s day deal earlier this year and received 2 really cute bags so far. My problem is their durability. Both bags after carrying them for about a month or so have scratches, the fringe has broken off or just look overly worn in a short amount of time. I don’t know if it’s because they’re vegan leather but I am just not happy with their lack of sustainability.

Is it the same brand they’ve sent you that keeps wearing out prematurely? You could ask them to avoid that brand or the material that keeps not holding up. But I will say, their regular $49 price point is a lot to pay for purses that don’t last. (I haven’t had this problem, but I asked them to avoid certain materials and features right off the bat.)

I have a Bebe purse and one of the 212 purses and issues with both of them. I will go back in and look at their style survey to see how I can adjust this.
