Awful! DOUCHE blush arrived in small pieces. I had to send pictures to customer service to get any type of response. Nothing in the box was curated to my profile. This is the worst of 7 beauty boxes I subscribe to. My 50% off on the first box was NOT applied. I have 2 more months of this crappy stuff. I will cancel so it does not renew. BUYER BEWARE.

Buyer beware! I signed up for a 6 month subscription several months ago, and now I cannot wait to cancel! The boxes are not great values (I rarely get full size items) and the customer service is awful. I got better value from my Ipsy subscription for half the price.

Yes, I agree their customer service is terrible.
I really enjoy their boxes though, what a shame.

It won’t let me put in the coolvibes code .it automatically put in the other code for the powder. So no 10 off I guess?

It saddens me to say this but it’s way too difficult to deal to wait weeks to hear from their CS to straighten things out when they go awry.
No matter what their next promotion will be – I’m done. I’m still working on straightening on subbing in June :/

I hope people don’t fall for this. The charge should only be $10 regardless based on the value of the box. I am still trying to get a refund from them for their summer17 promotion. I was promised I would be charged $10 for June, $10 for July and $10 for August. Nope! Paid $10 for June, $10 for July and $22 for August. The Emails I have sent have not received a response. I may just have my credit card company fight them.

I am having a similar issue and am just fed up.
It’s a shame because I like their boxes, but it is far too stressful constantly having to contact customer service. I thought I signed up too fir three months using the code, and now I am getting the runaround.
