This month's colors are neon!

Laura G by Live Glam Nail Colour in Coral Crush - Retail Value $14

All colors this month are watercolor neons with a quick-dry semi-matte finish!

Laura G by Live Glam Nail Colour in Juicy Grape - Retail Value $14

I was expecting a purple shade with a name like "Juicy Grape" but this color looks more hot pink in the bottle. (When it's on, it's a magenta hue, though.)

Laura G by Live Glam Nail Colour in Orange Burst - Retail Value $14

Here are all of the colors on:

So bright and summery!

Verdict: These colors push me out of my nail polish comfort zone, but the semi-matte finish tones them down a bit. Also, Live Glam promises full coverage in one coat - and these polishes all needed two coats for full coverage. Kind of a let down on their formula promise, but if you'd like a muted, watercolor look, one coat is perfect!

Try layering these and any other neon polish over white to make it pop and be really neon! Also neon pigment almost always makes the nail polish have a matte finish. I’ve looked into it a bit and it seems like a characteristic of neon pigments. Anyway, use a good glossy top coat and they will become high shine neons!!! I LOVE neon nail polishes and don’t always do the white base coat (sometimes I am satisfied with the color without doing the white to make it truly pop), but ALWAYS do a glossy top coat!!! That makes it soooo shiny!

The presentation box is lovely but the colors are nothing I would ever wear.
