I appreciate that LuxePineapple included an information card describing each item and why it was selected. This month’s LuxePineapple box featured their founder Liz’s personal holy grail summer items!
Vegetalement Hydrating Mist - 100ml Listed Value $22-24
This hair mist came all the way here from Provence, France, and they are about to make a debut in the U.S. soon! There is no English information on the bottle, luckily, I studied French for 3 years in high school, and was able to understand every detail 😛 Just kidding, I’m going to use the information on the card.
The main ingredients of this hair mist are patchouli oil, lavender oil, rose flower oil, and orange peel oil, and it has a very strong natural/floral scent. The mist is fine and absorbed quickly. I was so busy for the past few weeks that I didn’t have time to use a conditioner for my hair, so I have been using this mist as a detangler and leave-in conditioner and it worked wonders in adding shine and softness! The scent faded pretty quickly after application and didn’t bother me at all during the day.
LuxePineapple Collection Mini Tassel Key Chain - Listed Value $12
This keychain is created by a local artisan in Texas and I think that it’s the cutest item in the box. It’s a combination of a pineapple charm, a pink leather tassel, and a mixed metal piece. I have a friend who’s a big pineapple fan that would absolutely love this item so it will be gifted!
Hikari Shimmer Bronzer in Flush - Value $17
*** Subscribers will receive one of the four shades ***
This is the first time I’ve heard of this cruelty-free brand and it didn’t disappoint! I don’t normally use shimmer bronzer on my face so I used it as an eyeshadow palette instead. The bronzer has great pigmentation and the perfect amount of glow, especially the copper shades in this quad. It lasted around 6 hours on my eyes!
Here are the swatches of each color and a combination of all colors.
Fornash Sweetie Pie Necklace - Value $20
This necklace is 16” long with a 2” extension. I received the zebra version of this necklace and the other versions on their website (crab, elephant, starfish, etc.) are super cute too! I like the fact that I can adjust the length of this necklace easily for different looks, and gold jewelry items usually go well with my skin tone, too.
Verdict: This month’s LuxePineapple Post has a value of $71, which is almost three times the cost of the box! I think it’s great for a box dedicated to small, women-owned businesses and their items are always different from what I receive in every other box. It has a great combination between beauty, home, and jewelry items. I love that everything is very well made and ready to gift, too!
