Now, on to the items!
NOTO Multi Benne Tint Lips + Eyes + Cheeks – FULL SIZE! Value $18.50 (Card lists value as $16)
I've sampled this before thanks to Good Being box, and I'm a fan! It’s made with natural and organic ingredients, and the peppermint flavor is so good. The pigment on this is subtle compared to the last one I received (I'm guessing differences in the batches), but I prefer this more subdued wash of color. The formula is moisturizing, and it provides a natural looking shine, too.
Here it is swatched:
I like this for my lips, but you can use it as a blush stick, too.
Juice Beauty Green Apple Age Defy Hand Cream - FULL SIZE! Value $12
(Good to know for swaps - this has an inner foil seal.)
From what I've read in MSA comments over the years, it seems like people either love or hate the classic Juice Beauty green apple scent. I fall in the love camp - I think the subtle, natural scent is great. And this is pretty much my ideal hand cream formula:
- subtle scent
- super moisturizing
- absorbs quickly
- doesn't leave my skin greasy
Checks all the boxes!
Kaia Naturals Takesumi Detox Deodorant in Juicy Bamboo - Travel Size Value $9.50 (Card Listed Value $7.50)
This natural deodorant is made with activated charcoal, "ideal for eliminating toxins from your body and has the power to clean deep inside sweat glands."
I love the scent- it's a subtle grapefruit and orange blend. The stick application is great, and the formula glides on and is dry immediately. It seems to be doing a job with scent, but obviously, it's not designed to help with sweat - and I need that!
Soapwalla Concentrated Repair Balm - .17 oz Value $5
This little jar is full of a do-anything balm that melts into your skin. You can use it as a face balm (I'd recommend this at night since it takes a while to fully absorb), and it also works on cuticles, rough skin, sun burn, etc. Plus the formula is all natural and organic!
Verdict: This box has a value of about $45 - I think that's good for a $15 beauty box. I also love that Petit Vour seems to focus on quality over quantity, and the sample sizes are almost always good for multiple uses. Some of these products I've sampled before, so this wasn't a great discovery box for me, but everything I had sampled before I loved, so I'm happy with having more!
